This was my first time ordering from here but my parents go here often. Unfortunately our online order was completely wrong. My dad ordered a cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, and mayo and it came completely plain. Just steak and bread, completely dry. I also ordered the chicken tender platter with fries and mashed potatoes and received only fries. We checked our online receipt and the one on the bag and it was the opposite of what we got. Disappointing, tried to call but no answer. Maybe go in store because it seems a lot of reviews are complaining about the online ordering.
Have never had an issue with this place, ordered the tender platter. For chicken tender people, this place rocks. Top tier tenders and 5 of them of large size. Tonight disappointed real hard. I’m a big guy so you can see how 5 large tenders would appeal to me. Tonight they were literally nuggets. I added a small cut in half fry as well for scale next to the ranch. These things could not feed a 10 year old let alone a grown man. Also, I didn’t order the kids meal. I wanted to call and complain. Tell them come get their nuggets because I don’t want them. I’ve stared at these nuggets for 30 mins. But I’ve worked in delivery and feel bad they aren’t the idiots would dropped 5 nuggets in the fryer. Also I would be fine if they threw a couple extra in to compensate for the smaller ones. Just feel down right betrayed by what was one of my favorite spots. Will they see my business again? Probably. Maybe I’ll just order Chick-Fil-a next time.
We have been regular loyal customers for bel air pizzeria for as long as they have been open. Unfortunately, one of their employees made a slur towards my brother who is African American. We called the establishment to report what had happened and they said that she would be terminated from employment in two days.We drove by a week later and the employee was still working there. I am very disappointed with how they have handled this and will not be giving them my money until the employee is fired!
Their spinach white pizza is my absolute favorite and is always served hot and ready on time.
I do not recommend this establishment. I ordered delivery and the driver did not bring an 8 inch sub and the two small fries that I paid for. Called the store back and they claim the driver packed it, but did not. They offered a store credit to be used the next time but I declined as I will not be ordering from them again. Instead, they say they voided the transaction, charged me for what I actually received, but now the following day, looking at my card statement, they charged more than the $28 they said. A complete waste of time and very incompetent staff.
Worst pizza I ever had.....Lil Ceasars is way better....
Your cheesesteak sub is one of the best. I just visited for the first time. This place is a best kept secret. Fabulous
Disappointed! First time ordering from them, May 22nd at 5:30pm, posted a dozen of wings for $11.99 on their flyer, but paid $17.99, was told price have increased, we ordered hot buffalo but had to add our own sauce coz it wasn’t even mildly hot, barely have sauce on it, no celery or blue cheese included as advertised. With a small serving of spaghetti, paid a total of $30. Definitely not worth it. Please do mot mislead your customers, post the correct prices in your store and stop giving flyers with the wrong information.
I have to give them one star the prices have increased 100% a whole supreme cheese steak and mozzarella sticks was 24.00 and some change ridiculous I wont be ordering from them anymore
I have to give this place 5 stars. They do such a great job in what they cook, and they have a huge menu.If you have not tried them, you're missing out. It might just be the best independent pizzeria/ sub shop in Bel Air.I will be going back to this place many more times. Definitely my new "Go To."
