That nasty sloppy manager had her hands all in her hair and then touching peoples food. Real nice. Out of literally everything. It just gets worse and worse as the years go on. Time to shut it down. Mo and Dave cuz i know y’all can see this. Y’all stores still suck.
Service is bad. Food is tasteless and the kringle fries are the worst fries I've ever eaten. I stopped going to the bel air arby's a few years ago and stopped in to see if things changes. THEY DID NOT IMPROVE. If you spent $30 like I did and the food is that bad.....then they need to close up and let something else with better quality food move in. No wonder every time we drove by there was nobody at the restaurant.
We spent $50 for food... we weren't given enough sauces for the sandwiches we got. When we asked for more we were told 1 per sandwich. When we told then we didn't have enough for the sandwiches we have. We were told only 1 more. $50 and you can't even give us 2 cent sauces. You lost our business which is alot more than your sauces you were afraid to lose out on
Served cold food. Won't go again. Was aggravated about the whole experience. Waste of time and money, yuck.
Worst place got people who cant listen on drive thru, give weong orders and dont even do there jon to fix it, close early. DO NO ANSWER PHONES OR ANYTHING. AVOID AT ALL COST. WOULD GIVE 0 Stars!!!!
Do not eat here! I stopped for a sandwich around dinner time and within one hour was deathly sick. I got food poisoning off the roast beef.
So going to get fast food you get what you pay for. So I got a sweet tea but in turn got unsweetened but hey they must have thought I was sweet enough. As I go to drink it the lid was to big and all my tea dumped on me. So then I had my beef cheddar max thing but it ended up with no cheddar. So moving on to the fries which are awesome but how don't you guys have your own personal sauce (Arby's) overall they gave me a bath with a diet.
The young woman at the window made my night with her sweet and sincere warmth and personality! After a looooong day at the urgent care, I really appreciated that she helped me end my night on a high note!!!
Food is always fresh. Love the turkey bacon ranch deli sandwich. Shout out to the folks working there... For a long time they were only operating with minimum staffing but still always provided friendly customer service.
I normally do not eat fast food, but every once in a while I will sneak in a Arby's run. This store and the glasgow delaware store are the only 2 I will ever go to though. I have never had any issues with either store and will gladly go the extra distance for the better prepared food and service.
