Staff not interested in being at work!Despite claim of freshly ‘sliced, diced, prepared’ the roasted vegetables seemed anything but - peppers could slizzer through tines of a fork if given the chance. Hopefully this was a “shift” specific instance as they seemed to get a lot of take out business and I don’t see how it could have 4 star rating otherwise!

Food always tastes great. Sometimes can be a little pricey so if you're eating on a budget its not the place to go HOWEVER the taste makes up for what they took out my wallet ?. Only real gripe is the wait. I believe everything is made upon order so if you happen to go there when they're busy you'll have a wait on your hands so I suggest you order in advance.

Last location in Baltimore.... Lost White Marsh, Annapolis... but found this gem. The menu has changed. Not too happy about that. The cauliflower bowl doesn't compare to the grain and power bowls I loved.Staff was amazing. Very receptive and helpful in placing our order. Enjoyed the kabobs and hummus plates. Will definitely be back.

My family placed a large catering order from Zoe's Kitchen for my baby shower yesterday and I felt the ball was dropped by Zoe's Kitchen in more than one way. First off, the food was not prepared on time for the event. Our Door Dasher showed up and there were only a couple of cookie trays ready for him to deliver. He had to spend his own time making two trips back and forth to our event bringing the hot dishes and sides and drinks AFTER the time they were supposed to arrive. Meanwhile, the people in my family, who worked so hard to organize the event, didn't even know if we'd have any food available for the guests even though not having to worry about the food is the entire reason for getting catering! We could have prepared nice food on our own with less stress and worry.Second, we weren't provided with risers and heating elements for the hot trays and hot sides we ordered, meaning the guests were served stone cold meals that were meant to be served hot. If we had wanted cold meals we could have have that catered for a lot less. For the price paid per person, I was shocked by these mistakes. At previous events, we've been able to serve guests delicious hot catered meals for less per person from other caterers, so I'm very disappointed in how it went with Zoe's Kitchen. Unfortunately we won't choose Zoe's again and I'm sad to say you should be very careful relying on them for your events...

first time here and service was great!. im guessing it was the manager who had helped us figure out what to get and she made us feel comfortable from start to finish. falafel was a little subpar and my order came out wrong but it was quickly fixed by the girl who helped me order. all in all, not the greatest falafel but it takes a special kind of recipe to get it right, shrimp kabobs were a hit tho and the pleasant manager at the front made it that much more enjoyable!

I am not sure why this place has negative reviews. Which is why I thought to try it out today. The service was excellent. The guy explained and talked so nicely. However, the food is very less in quantity. I have never seen Chicken Kabob this small. It’s even smaller than Chicken nuggets (comparing each piece). If you are who regularly eats chicken Kabob then you will definitely understand the difference. I am very disappointed with the quantity, the price seems higher compared to quantity.

The inside was clean and the food was really good. For my first time eating from this place, I really enjoyed it and can see myself coming back again for more food. I got the kabob combo.

I ordered kabobs, roasted vegetables and cauliflower rice. The kabobs were just meat on a stick with no flavor...no peppers or anything! Meat was tough too. The cauliflower rice was cold . Like out the fridge cold. Had high expectations based on reviews and word of mouth but I'll pass on here moving forward.

Food was 4-stars but service was 2-stars. Did a curbside order but then called, as instructed, with no answer. Went in to grab my order and glad I did since the fountain drink cup was sitting empty in the bag. The food and value we're fine, we had power bowls which were way too heavy on the chicken but tasted good otherwise.

I love this place however today I ordered and there was a coiled up hair in my salad. I understand things happen but in this day and time we need to be more careful about food safety.
