I went to Young’s Deli based on the TA reviews and because of proximity. The Korean-American proprietor is exceptionally friendly and she makes a great hot chicken sandwich.. If it weren’t for the sandwich boards out front of the building, this place might be impossible to find at 20 S Charles St.. If I’m ever back in this area of Baltimore on business, I’ll be back.
