Over 50 minutes waiting for a 6 piece nugget, small fry and strawberry lemonade.
Terrible serviceWaited at the counter for over 10 minutes without anyone helping me. There were plenty of people behind the counter but none of them stopped what they were doing to help me. A few of them looked right at me and didn’t even acknowledge my existence. One of the employees said that they would be right with me but then proceeded to go about their business, I eventually gave up and left.I totally understand the stress of fast food, I worked in a fast food restaurant, but it takes about a minute to stop what you are doing and take an order.
Went to Wendy on Joppa and Hartford road and service was extremely poor. We were at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement that we were there. No greeting at all. I decided to call the store and the manager told me that they are back up on their online orders. I took that personal. He was saying their orders was more important. After waiting for five more minutes and decided to go to the window. The employees and manager annoy me. This happen on Monday June 20 2022 at 736 pm. Manager would not gave name because should be fired
Absolutely horrible.. the incompetent people working there obviously can't read and don't know what they are doing or just don't fing care. Missing half my order and the Jr BACON cheeseburgers were cheeseburgers with a boat load of mayo, tomato and lettuce. Management do better!! Hire people that actually want to work and pay attention. Don't feed in the BS of what they are feeding you during the interview if there is that sorta thing even happening. Management and ownership should be embarrassed. PATHETIC!!
Great store, except now they have new employees that really don't listen to the boss.Food is still good as ever, and the frosty and fries are the best
It's Wendy's, you get what you expect, a decent breakfast at a decent cost.It is nothing Spectacular, but perfectly adequate food with good customer service and a clean establishment.
I was in the drive thru. It wasn't that busy but they take long to take your order. When I got my food at least put napkins in the bag. I'm assistant manager at a fast food restaurant I ask the customer do they need any condiments. My food was made right
Everytime at night there is an excuse not to take an order. This place I'd convenient to my home and I never can get food. Tonight at 11 they are only doing doordash and mobile. Two weeks ago it was only cash like clearly u need to get people that want to work.
How can I give it more than three stars?I mean, you can get a salad here but it's still Wendy's. The strawberry lemonade is worth a try if you wake up here.
My 82 year old mother texted me and asked if I could stop somewhere to get her a burger. I saw a Wendy's on the corner of Joppa & Harford road and got a meal combo bacon cheese burger. After arriving at moms 20 minutes later, mom said thank you I love Wendy's, but after taking the sandwich out of the wrapper , OMG the bun was hard as rock and the burger patty was old.
