I was hesitant to try out this location based on their Google review rating but they were fast, super friendly, and the food was exactly as expected! Also, any Wendy’s that properly salts their fries is a winner to me.
All these complaints. It's fast food where it's constantly understaffed with underpaid workers. Get over it or eat at home. I wouldn't even eat here. This store has been open when mice ran through it and (tiny) roaches were in the vanilla frosty machine and falling into the sauce box.....(don't tell the customers that we never closed the doors or hired bug exterminators during that month of this ongoing issue). Probably still has the mice eating at the buns after close. But anyway eat what you like people :) . Sometimes the crew only has teens or 4 total workers at best to run it all, it's chaos. Of course the quality of service will decline when they can't even keep regular workers long enough .
A baconator worthy of the name! Well worth the drive from Essex to Dundalk, do not waste your time and money at the Essex Wendy's!
This is the worst Wendy's ever. I have never gotten hot fries here they are always room temp and limp. Also they take forever at the drive through and never have frostys. They are a waste of a Wendy's. ? ? ?
I do food delivery. Came here to pick up an order. I waited in line at the drive-thru for about 20 minutes. Then had to turn around and wait another 10 minutes or so at the order screen, only to be greeted and treated rudely by the person taking the drive-thru orders. I would not come here for myself. My rating for this place is really a zero.

When they're on point, they're on point. But some days... It's a whole mess. I ordered a spicy chicken asiago sandwich... They really gave me a chicken patty on buns. No lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, mayonnaise... none of that ?? so it's entirety hit or miss as far as quality and service goes.
I waited in line for over 20 mins spent 24$ just to get nasty old fries and the hot honey chicken sandwich was dry and the bacon looked like leather !!! ?? total disgust. Will never go there again. The employees are horrible not friendly at all and slow !!
We bowl right down the street on Monday nights and go to this Wendy’s almost every week around 10 pm. Normally 4 of us, ordering $40-50 worth of food. They’ve never messed up a single item, get us the food quickly, and always have a smile, even at the end of a long shift. They deserve to be recognized.
Worst Wendy's ever it needs to be closed down the staff is very rude they take for ever to get your order out to you. The front person was rude just walked away and didn't say nothing the are very unprofessional in there even the manager.
