If this is a medium crab I would hate to get small I ordered large and medium they were terrible. I remember why I stopped going to them. And started going to Skip Jacks and the paper is free. Very disappointed they put my separate order of mediums in the same bag as my large they all ended up looking the same. I never really leave reviews but I couldn’t walk away from this one. Not cool.

I love the jumbo crabs and crab pretzel. I go at least once a month and order the pretzel and cook it at home.
The past two weekends they have been closed at least one day. Last saturday they closed SUPER early had the calls fwd to voicemail saying they were closed because they were out of crabs (yea right) AND the calls fwd to voicemail with the same message last sunday (Stating they were closed with the previous days date on the recording) and now today they’re closed for whatever reason. This is horrible business.
I am highly disappointed with Waterman's Pride.They were so concerned with me providing my I.D with my credit card which was in the car they completely fouled up my order! Not only was my codfish cakes fried in old dirty grease they were thrown in bag with no mustard or crackers. Would you serve french fries and Not offer Ketchup? I am a certified Executive Chef for over 25 years in Maryland and if you guys need assistance I'm willing to help train your staff. Obviously there is no structure it Takes more than just being Safe Serv!
I ordered 2 trout platters and they were horrible. The trout were not fresh and seemed to be out of a box, with no seasoning at all and over cooked. The side vegetables were cooked to death and bland. Back to Hip-Hop I go! SMH!Stick with crabs and steamed shrimp only!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME OR GAS!!!!! There crabs are absolutely the worst, they are never FRESH and they give you dried up, old crabs, and lie to you when you place your order when asked are they fresh. All they do is re-steam old crabs and sell them smh! This place years ago use to be actually pretty good, but now they are the pits. I took a BIG break from them hoping that, when I do return maybe it will be better, but boy was I wrong. 6 months later, and there still lying ? just to sell there crabs. Take your money else we’re but do not go here, you will regret it. You’ve been warned!!!!
The food was tasty. There weren't any napkins in my bag. Also one young lady behind the counter kept playing in her hair.
I honestly feel like I was tricked into paying double for my crabs. I ordered a dozen and a half of large crabs for $34 a dozen. After paying, I looked at the receipt and realized that I was charged $34 twice. The employee said that I was charged $34 for the dozen that I ordered and $34 for the half dozen because the deal was only for a dozen. This was extremely upsetting because if I were aware of this, I would have just got a dozen and paid $34 or 2 dozen for $68. Instead I was charged the $68 for a dozen and a half. She explained that she understood what I was saying but they were just accepting my order. I will not go back.
