The best real pizza in town. This location is essential!
Absolutely garbage customer service. I come there all the time to pickup door dash and decided to order a small cheese pizza for my children. I picked up two order then proceeded to restaurant to pick up pizza. I was met with extreme disregard and disrespect. The owner goes “ oh I don’t hehe if you wanna wait hehe…I’m the owner I don’t know hehe… I don’t take phone order if people don’t pick up I lose hehe there’s pizza across the street I guess referring to little ceazrs. Mental health seems to be an issue here…
I have been eating at Vito’s for over 20 years. DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT!! Go to the Towson location. The owner is working the cash register and he is extremely disrespectful! Any issues you may have he will disregard and blame everything on the customer. It was very unfortunate to see the Owingsmills location close down. Since then I have had nothing but bad experience’s going to the Towson location.
I am very upset with customer service to say the least. I placed a delivery order through slice, ordering an Italian cheesesteak sub however, what I received was an Italian cold cuts up. When I called to tell them about this error and how I’d like to be refunded he yelled at me and told me “it was just a sandwich, why are you so upset “. there was no offer to replace the food unless I came into the store, but isn’t that the point of ordering delivery?I was also disappointed with the quality of the pizza, as it was kind of cold and the cheese was all stuck in the center. I will not be ordering from here again.
I don't know where to start.1. I called to order food and because I started the conversation with "Hey", the man got upset and hung up on me.2. I only called it in because my mom gets tired of going in the store and receiving constant and unwanted flirtation from the guy upfront.3. Since you wanted to be rude, allow me to return the favor. Albeit, your food is good and my Mother is very attractive, she would never go out with your sawed off II Duce looking self. You would be better off finding a hot tub time machine and setting the timer to when Italy invaded Africa, and kidnapping the very fist member our family tree.4. The prices are high, especially for a slice of pizza. All of which I was willing to overlook and until you became very disrespectful.
Their slices are a little on the expensive side but honesty I think they are worth it. One slice is about 1/5 of a pie - they are huge - and their loaded pizza slices are fantastic. Def one of the best pizza places in the area
Really wanted good pizza so bad... Got 3 slices. Couldn't bite through the crust..Paid for old dry pizza. The good stuff on display must be for the good people. I guess I'm not the chosen one. Never again.
*garbage* service, saw at least 3 people (not including me) leave without picking up food they prepaid for because the service was so absurdly rude. waited 10 minutes to even talk to someone. they said my order wasn’t ready. waited another 10. spoke to the apparent store owner, showed him the ALREADY PAID FOR ticket. he proceeded to find my ticket, write “paid”, and THEN start making the pie. before we left some guy said he’d been waiting literally hours, and he finally left just cursing under his breath. maybe it’s good food. but it’s abysmal service. avoid at all costs. also, there was a stack of un-picked-up delivery orders sitting on the counter.oh, and another guy just left and literally said “you guys suck” as he left. this place is a dumpster fire.
The best truly Italian pizza in town. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely order again.
Best authentic pizza in town. This place is a must!!!
