Our crew had a great experience with Vagrant Coffee's CEO when he graciously went out of his way to hand deliver freshly brewed coffee to them while working in an adjoining space. We will be back for sure! If you're in the area, this is a must try!!

*This is a warning for potential employees*I was promoted to a salaried position with the special events team and within one month I was fired without being provided a reason. I was never late to work, I was always prepared, flexible, and communicative. My training process was smooth and unproblematic, many of our clients were delighted to work with me. I even enjoyed my work despite the disorganization of the management team.I was only given positive feedback on my work ethic, organization, and communication. No one had articulated any issues they had with me as an employee but they still decided to fire me without giving any reason. I had quit my previous work in order to pursue the “opportunity” given to me by Vagrant only to desperately look for another job after three weeks. Josh was callous in his demeanor and told me he didn’t believe he needed to provide a reason for my termination. I had to explain to my family that this opportunity had vanished for a reason not known to me.This is a warning for all potential employees. I witnessed a large amount of turnover in the managerial positions during my short time. Vagrant claims to aim to provide opportunity for it’s workers but my circumstance serves as a prime example of the hypocritical nature of the administration. I had to clean their dishes that had accumulated over the week (several times) which contained mold and flies, they had no consideration to dispose the contents of their lattes and drinks. It was disgusting.Oddly, Josh never discussed coffee with me. He only discussed his plans for his “empire” and expansion across the country. (yes, he called his business an empire) I have a video of the corporate office with a list of the “values” they claim to exhibit next to a sign on Josh’s desk that is labeled “Always Plan for World Domination”. These are just a few examples, I hope no one has to endure the same unfortunate experience that I did.

The store is called Milk And Honey Market outside; it took me a few minutes walking up and down the street to figure out what store it was. When Milk and Honey Market was in Mount Vernon, it had bad customer service, and I'm not surprised that that hasn't changed. I wouldn't have ordered from here had I known what it was; I received my order with a lot of eye rolling.Also FYI this store doesn't allow dogs inside at all, even briefly while picking up an order. My dog is so quiet and well behaved that they didn't even realize I had one until I was on the way out, at which point they informed me so that I would be aware for the future.

Disappointing coffee, got the cappuccino, added a bunch of sugar and still was bitter and sour. It’s sad that no where in West Philly can you find real European coffee or people that know how to make coffee. Before this place, there was Milk & Honey and their coffee was good because the coffee was La Colombes.
