The older lady working was just terrible. My sister got a limeade and she wanted sugar added to it after they made it and the lady gave us such mean attitude and wouldn't remake it. She flipped us off and followed us to to the parking lot to yell at us. Horrible service and never eating there again. I wouldn't even rate this any stars if it allowed me to rate none.
Very friendly, so many choices! They even have ice cream for dogs. Which is perfect. Because they are next door to Roland park.
Out of town from NYC...it's no Ralph's...lol but there is a reason why we stop by whenever we're in town. Great service and absolutely delish!!
Love that chocolate gelato with Oreo cookies, yum. Also, their sugar free egg custard Italian ice was also delicious.
I’ve gone to this place several times. Too many to count at this point and this is the ONLY Picture I could find?? I guess you’ll just have to take my word when I say this place is Gold! The ladies and gents working the window are also so kind!!! This is definitely a gem. I would recommend with soft serve on the top. It’s sooooooo gooooooddddd!!!!

Awesome gelato and italian ice. This is one of my most favorite places to go throughout the summer. I sometimes wish they were open year round.

Decent prices. Awesome customer service. It was my first experience & I had a question about which flavor to try & the cashier let me sample the flavor before making my final decision. The mojito with soft serve was great and had me contemplating if I wanted to get out of the car for a 2nd one before leaving. My bf got JUMBO egg custard & loved it as well
Always look forward for the summer. Sad during the winter. Dog friendly, by providing deliciousness for +he furry babies. Limonade is to die for too. Best of the best and can't get any better.
