I had the pleasure of having John as my waiter. He checked on my daughter and I, and even came over and had a friendly conversation for us. Before I could ask he was already there ready for anything we needed, needless to say he was the best. His customer service was top notch. Although I enjoy the green turtle he made my experience even better. Thanks again Kohn your the best
We had a great experience at this Greene Turtle tonight. The food was good but more importantly the service was great. Our waiter, John went above and beyond. He was very respectful and made the experience for our family a great one. My wife and I both said that he was the best waiter we've ever had.
Thank you to the Green Turtle of White Marsh for making our daughter's Graduation Celebration one to remember. The service was excellent! Our server John is so professional, helpful and friendly. He is the best! Also a big thank you to the managers Josh and Joe for helping plan everything.

Shopping for my daughter on a Saturday dropped in at the White Marsh location. Seated promptly and Michelle (waitress) came over and took drink and food orders. Standard bar fare. Everything was tasty.
Very clean establishment. Staff is very nice. Mr. Joe the manager is an AWESOME guy. Drinks are the best. You wanna get tipsy go to Green Turtle. You'll be walking out of there real slow! ??? oh yeah. The food is really good
Excellent food cooked correctly to order. Ice cold beer and excellent service. I got a burger that was one of the best I have had. Cooked medium well and still had lots of juicy goodness. Requested crunchy fries and thata what I got.
Took them 30 mins to sit me down, then 30 mins to take my order and bring my drinks to the table then a different waitress had to take our order ,when they finally return with the nachos I requested they was burnt and instead of being buffalo chicken had boneless chicken
I'm here now service is piss poor. Appetizers took half hour. sweet tea isn't sweet last time I will ever patronize this business..They're dives better than this. .
When we first walked in we were greeted by a very unenthusiatic hostess that sat us at a table with a broken TV. Theres so much dust that could easily be cleaned that wasn't. it's gross and nasty! The food was ok, what you'd expect from green turtle, decent bar food! The server we had was sweet but I had a question about one of the menu items and she said she was scared to ask the chef because he was busy being the only one and would probably yell at her! how unprofessional of him and unacceptable! Your waitress shouldn't fear asking you a question a CUSTOMER has! We will not be coming back to this location. And to top it all of half the beers tap lines were broke so that was another straw that would've been ok but coupled with everything else seems like this is a constant issue for this location!
