My goodness! Have you ever ate food and want to give the owners and cook a hug? Well, The corner bistro and win bar is the spot where I wanted to do just that. To give you a quick understanding of what the food is like, my girl and I took one bite and looked at the cook and said “did you make this”?? He said yes and I responded “I love you man! Lol.We ordered the blackened salmon and grits, and Mac and cheese angus burger. One bite and It sends you to another dimension. The food touched my soul and left this dimension. I don’t know what kind of sauce he put on the grits and salmon, but amazing. Probably hands down best food I have eaten.Ivan, great service, great food, great price. Can’t wait to come back.
Just phenomenal. We’re visiting and it was between The Corner Wine Bar and another place. Hands down, so glad we chose The Corner. Bc….this food….was life changing!!!! After walking in to their quaint oasis, we were promptly greeted by Ivan, who gave us the run down on the menu with his recommendations. But honestly, you could have thrown a dart at the menu, chosen that entree, and you couldn’t have gone wrong. Again, phenomenal.For comparisons sake, I had dinner at a “high-class”, 5 star restaurant earlier this week. Just awful. I mean from the service to the food.If you have the opportunity to try The Corner Wine Bar, you won’t be disappointed.
We were lucky to get in an hour before closing and I’m so happy we did! The owner was so kind and the food came out in a timely manner. The Chicken and Waffles were the bomb!! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Same for the pasta. The raspberry iced tea was delicious as well. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!!
My family and I came here 3 times out of our 4 days in Baltimore and we absolutely loved it. The owner was very polite and professional throughout our dining experience. When my dad lost his glasses here, he was very friendly towards him. The food here is so amazing. Their wings are to die for and their crab cake dinner was so delicious. I will always recommend this place forever! Thank you so much.
Perfection on a plate. This small and friendly restaurant serves great dishes and great wine. The owner is both polite and extremely professional. After 5pm this is a "must visit" restaurant
The food and drinks were amazing, very intimate setting, decor could use some updates but it's a great beginning, our service was amazing.....can't wait to visit again
We absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious, and our waiter was the chillest and nicest ever. The crab cakes contained a lot more crab then filler, and perfectly paired with aioli. Very tasty.The salmon with Thai Chili sauce and grits tasted fantastic. Don't waste your money on the "fancy" places in the inner harbor. Come here instead, you won't regret it.

Quaint hole in the wall spot that made us tourists feel like locals! The best sweet Chile wing appetizer I’ve ever tasted! Shrimp and grits and the pasta special were incredible and full of flavor as well! The owner was very attentive and warm the entire time. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Baltimore.
