Visiting the Baltimore Inner Harbor my hometown from Florida. I haven't been to a cheesecake factory in many years. And even though there was no crab due to a shortage the meals we decided to choose tasted amazing. I especially enjoyed the Avocado rolls, the dipping sauce is to die for. The tiramisu for desert was also a hit. Thanks for reminding me how great your food is.

I’m from the West coast and tried to eat locally while in Baltimore but I know the Cheese Cake Factory is always a safe bet. They are consistent all over the US.I had the oriental salad and my friend had the orange chicken. They were both good. Oh, and the salted Carmel cheesecake was delish!

Went last Sunday, with my husband and 2 yr old. My husband told the lady for seating inside. As we have a 2 yr old and her being outside would be crazy! She said it would be a 20-30 min wait for inside. We said that’s fine.Waited our 20-30 mins and she puts us outside and then says “you need a booster seat let me go get it “ so we waited 10 mins and the only one to show up is our waiter. The outside tables wereDirty! Yes, it’s outside tables, but seriously? He introduces himself and says “let me go get your waters and a toddler cup” mind you, he never asked what we wanted to drink. before he left I said “can you make sure to bring a booster chair” as he scurried away.He comes back 10 mins later with my husband and I water and nothing for my child, & no booster seat by the way.He takes our orders, and scurries away again.30 mins later the lady brings out her booster chair. The waiter comes back and we order our food. My husband ordered some salmon, steak (rare) with mash potatoes and asparagus. I got a monte crisco with potatoes , and my daughter a cheese quesadilla. As an appetizer shrimp tempura. Which was the only good thing by the wayMy husbands food looked soupy, the steak was medium well/well done. It didn’t even taste good.My monte cristo sandwich was freaking weird! In the description said crispy or toasted French toast bread, with ham, egg, & bacon. With powered sugar and raspberry sauce. Why the heck did my sandwich had cornflakes on it! I’ve had that sandwich at other restaurants before and never have I ever had freakin cornflakes on a sandwich bread.I didn’t even eat it. My daughters quesadilla didn’t even come with sour cream or salsa. He came to our table once and asked if everything was ok, and before we can answer the mofo literally would scurry away.We also got cheesecake to go and at least that was good .This has been my 3rd here in 10 years, and the service has gone down hill. Shut the place down .

Luckily we made it early for lunch right before it got super busy. The food wasn't bad. The pineapple upside down cheesecake and the key lime mango were both excellent. The service was not good. I understand they were busy but our orders were messed up three times. Other than that it was ok. Next time I will be going only for the cheesecake.

I expected a long wait. . . 45 min. . . that was okay but then we got to our table. Not sure if they forgot about us or what. Our server finally arrived and I want to say she was new. We started to give her our orders and she says. . . “Maybe I should get something to write this down”. We waited again. She took our order and said she’d be back with our drinks and bread. About 15-20 min later she comes back with the bread. No drinks. Another 10 min wait and she comes back with the wrong drinks. We finally get our food (after 2 baskets of bread) and she forgot to put in one of our orders. My friend didn’t get her food until all of us were finished eating. After all was said and done my friend got sick from her food

We arrived 10 min late for our 5:45 (at 5:55) reservation and was rudely told but the host that they only hold the reservation for 10 min and that we would have to wait 15-20 min for the next table. We asked to speak to the manager, and the woman was equally as rude and couldn't have cared less when we explained that we were running late because of our toddler and that we had tried to call the restaurant but couldn't get through. She said our reservation was gone and we would have to go on the waitlist. Extremely disappointed by the inconsiderate staff. Not the service you would expect from a Cheesecake Factory.

We purchased a takeout because the wait for seating was over an hour. There were only a few people in line for takeout but it took over 20 minutes to place our order and receive one slice of cheesecake. They seem to have plenty of staff but did not seem very organized and did not prioritize their work very well; very inefficient and slow. While our slice of cheesecake was very good and a nicely sized portion, I don’t believe it was worth anything close to $8.50. The price of everything is getting ridiculous and causing us to eat out much less these days.

Worth the wait. Food was AMAZING, and appetizer was so good too. Already craving more and the waitress was so nice and really made us feel comfortable

Food was excellent, surroundings very nice..our server William was outstanding..he was so helpful when we asked questions about the extensive menu and took excellent care of us all throughout the meal.

Amazing food fast and friendly service
