The customer service was great. The staff is very friendly. However, I was disappointed how there wasn’t many flavors to choose from, nor did I find the ice cream (Maryland mud) extraordinary which is fine. And what really upset me was that the staff was stuck with a broken waffle cone machine that produced stale cones, but they still had to sell them. Hopefully the company gets them a new machine soon.
The cornflakes and milk flavor was delicious. I love the fact that this ice cream was not too sweet. My only regret was getting one scoop of ice cream instead of two in my waffle cone. I liked how my waffle cone was filled all the way to the bottom with ice cream. There was a long line. However, the staff here knows how to keep a line moving. The wait wasn’t long.

You have to stop hereFirst, I love ice cream. I especially love home made and locally made ice cream, and have visited and tested many creamerys. The Charmery is always one of my favorite. I've been to the Hamden Charmery, so I'm already familiar with their ice cream.I visited the Towson location today for the first time, and it did not disappoint. They had the Charmerys Fat Elvis option available, which includes peanut butter and banana, of course. It's my favorite there, and was as delicious as ever.If you enjoy ice cream, you have to give them a try

Such a cool experience! Loved getting to sample the unique flavors prior to committing to a full scoop. The staff was very patient and kind to our taste testing. Parking available in lot or side street parking.
Absolutely delicious ice cream in a variety of unexpected flavors! The staff is very friendly. There's lots of room to sit down and eat in the shop. You can buy pints from a case near the counter. Fun tip - get a double kiddie scoop to have two flavors for about the size of a regular single scoop.
