Place is a great time! My party and i went during the late hours and the place was vibrant and lively! DJ's music was live and entertaining! The bartenders were absolutely spectacular, phenomenal, and fun! One in particular, Rain, was highly professional and detail oriented! She helped my party with any new drinks or even different recommendations to get my party to where they wanted to be! Memories were for sure made if it werent for her helpful and vibrant attitude! Will for sure be bringing other friends and parties to The Charles!
Went here on a Friday night. We were only supposed to go for a drink but had a blast so stayed the entire night! Decently priced drinks, live DJ that played great music, overall great vibe.
If I could put zero stars I would. All of the food from 4 different meals was cold! The server we had was extremely unprofessional. The manager was no help and he was very sassy. My mother decided to not tip and they charged FRAUD on her card and wrote in a $141 tip from a $61 bill. Do not dine here!
Pleassseeeeeeee do not go to this place.They will illegal charge your card for a $200 tip and you gave her a CASH TIP. The food is great but no the service. Police will be called on Wednesday since they are closed today and tomorrow
The service was 10/10 definitely a place I’d go back to. The atmosphere was great and the food tasted really good. The employees were very kind and attentive & everything was satisfactory
Bar tender (lady) unfriendly, not the slightest effort to help customers find out what kind of whiskey they serve. No thanks.
Rude staff. I was entering the bathroom and a member of the staff ran right into me and knocked me down. When I got up the rest of the staff surrounded me and asked me what I wanted to do about it. I’ll never spend a dollar here again they are beyond disrespectful here
the vibe was just right for a St. Patrick's day night out! staff was very pleasant, the drinks were good. didn't really eat much food but the bang bang shrimp was hitting the spot!
My god, such a great Decor! Drinks, staff, and the bathrooms are adorbs.
