This is one of my favorite places to eat period, not just inside an airport. I've been here multiple times on multiple trips, had different servers each time and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Always fast, always fresher than fresh, the servers are always polite, and the food is exquisitely delicious. This place is well worth going to regardless of which terminal you're flying into or out of. Absolute kudos to whoever owns and manages this place because it is top notch, on par with outside restaurants that cost 10 times as much.
The girl taking orders was just plain rude and disrespectful. I asked her a question about the fries and she answered me with a snarky remark, and never did answer the question. She clearly has no idea what customer service is. How she keeps her job is a mystery to me. The onion rings were not even a little bit crispy; they were mushy and undercooked. Horrible experience.
Holy cow. This is among the best cheeseburgers and fries I’ve ever eaten. And the cashier was friendly and helpful. So so good.

The most loud obnoxious staff. Screaming personal stories for the entire concourse to hear.
Breakfast sandwiches and tots were great but the coffee was too hot beyond the point of even being safe. Had to simply throw it away.
Only had the truffle fries but they were awesome!!
