Took my partners order ,but ignored me. I would like to eat too. Left payment on the check, waited 15 minutes, walked out. How do you NOT pickup a check? This comes from a former food service worker. Don't feel bad about it at all. It wasn't busy, at all.

So I stopped pass to get some food to go. I stopped and and sat at the bar. I mentioned to the bartender “I would like to place a food order to go but would like to order a drink or two while my food is being prepared. She was soooo polite. Her name was Sarah before I start. First of all. I ordered two drinks (I’ve been coming to T.G.I. Friday’s for YEARS) and love the taste of their drinks but never order them because I never feel anything. I told Sarah, “you can do your own thing, just make it strong and fruity “ and I also ordered the cotton candy cosmo (I love the taste) …. BABBYYYYY when I tell u by the time I got that cotton candy cosmo I had a nice strong buzz!!! My food also… it didn’t make it to go! Lol I got the loaded potato twists which I believe is new but idk… soooo good!!! I had to speak with the manager who was just as nice and thanked me for even acknowledging and letting him know how amazing his staff was! I didn’t catch his name but he was a Dominican guy with locks lol. Such an awesome experience and I was supposed to just grab my food to go!!! If you visit definitely get Sarah to make your drinks!!!
Was okay. My food was excellent. Did have a problem with my drink order, had to go to the bar and have the bartender make me a fresh one. Service wait time was pretty decent for the time of day.
The food looked great, took two bites & pink inside! I specifically put “Well Done” on my order due to me having prior stomach issues. My stomach has been very uneasy all day. Hoping I don’t vomit ? The caesar salad w/ranch was eh, ok. The “Iced Tea” that I thought was bottled, was restaurant made & a creamy coffee brown color & definitely not sweet AT ALL. 0/10!!!
I ordered the Apple Butter Rib meal! ??❤️ W/ a Strawberry Lemonade. My ribs! omg! Fell off the Bone!! They were Meaty & Far from Dry! My meat was cooked all the way thru. & for my order to be delivered, my drink was Fresh and Sweet! As if just ordered. Worth every penny & star.
Way better experience than the one we had in Towson. Service was great. Drinks where delicious and the food was hot and came out at a decent time.
Bartenders are always cool. Food takes FOREVER!!!! Everytime I go I wait an hour for my plate to get to me. But again the Bartenders are cool so it kinda balances.
Restaurant was almost empty staff everywhere and I still couldn't get an employees attention for an order that was placed online and I was just picking it up. They kept coming up front BUT not acknowledging me. Very rude and inattentive staff.
