I know someone who lived there and her unit had roaches. I personally like Tall Oaks. They are a bit expensive but it's well worth it. It's close to shopping malls, golf course, ice skating rink and the beltway.

Horrible. Bugs, mice, mold. Stay away. No seriously. I’m asthmatic and it’s been the worst experience living here. Leasing office no help nor is “resident services”.
I love my new apartment it's clean and relatively quiet And the people here are kind and courteous And the maintenance crew Is fast and clean. When you call the residence service number you have the option to speak with a live person that makes a big difference with me.
The Maintaince experience thruout my residence at Tall Oaks has been very positive. The phone staff has never been anything less than courteous a& friendly. Meanwhile, the service crew that does the actual work is respectful of my home and what's within. A couple of gentlemen who service my home I've even come to see as friends.Overall, most work requests are responded to and resolved promptly.Kudos to all.-H. Valentine

Disgusting apartments. Cockroaches everywhere. Black mold in the kitchen. Do NOT rent from here. The price is good, but not worth your health and safety
I was going to apply to these apartments as they looked pleasant enough. But whoever the lady was I was talking on the phone with did not seem to enjoy her job. Very rude and short with me, saying things like "Well that would have been nice to know." If you want people to move in and apply to your apartments, at least pretend to like your job. Needless to say I did not fill out my application and wont be.
Dont move here its infested with mice. I'm catching at least 8 a day. It's so nasty they be on the balconies you cant even enjoy your own apartment. The property Management doesn't do anything about it. Like I swear I cant wait to move.
Always have to wait and service is marginal at best
