Food was not what it should've been. Crunchy tacos too soft, actually mushy. Broke apart at first touch.
Usually good but last night was disappointing. I ordered on the app and picked up. Paid for extra black beans and barely got any, they were smashed and dry. Spicy double cheese burrito didn't have any red chips or jalapeños. Fiesta potatoes usually are really good but this time the cheese was way off.
7:30pm. Was only one car ahead of me that was already at the window when I arrived. 10 minutes of me sitting there behind them, wondering "Jesus, how much did this person order and why didn't they have them pull around and bring it out to them?", passed before the window opened. Car in front of me was handed one small bag and one cravings box. It seriously took y'all ten minutes to make that? Did everyone quit?
The entire experience was unpleasant and an overall mess. I placed a mobile order and came to pick it up only to be handed food missing multiple items. I proceeded to let the workers at the drive thru know that I was missing specific items but the one lady disregarded it saying we hadn’t ordered it only to relook and say we did. She then had us pull up to the side only to give us the order incorrectly a second time and when we went inside to get the correct items, she threw the incorrect item away and told us we never told her the specifics which was also incorrect. Not an enjoyable experience and very chaotic.
A quick bite at this location because it was on my way home. Aways enjoy a chalupa when I visit.Will not give any location 5 stars until the Mexican Pizza appears on the menu again . I'm excited to know that it's coming back ?
Ordered the Veggie version of a burrito. I repeated this (vegetarian version) about 5 times to the person taking my order. It was an item clearly listed on the menu. But I bit into my burrito & oop, there was steak in my mouth immediately. Ridiculous & unacceptable. Don’t list menu items tailored to individuals with dietary restrictions if you can’t meet that standard.It’s not very hard to just…NOT put meat in something.This location is awful.
Worst taco bell ever! Mobile orders should not be allowed at this location. It took 45 minutes to get a mobile order and it was still messed up! I ordered nothing special either! If I could give no stars I would. Horrible! There's no excuse for it!
Useless employees. I usually have minimal expectations for fast food restaurants but before they had the pleasure of messing up my order and during the 30 minute wait, 4 other customers were waiting to correct their own order.
From the first moment you step in that restaurant team give you an excellent feeling. Very hospitable waiters, it is a nice place to go out with your friends or with your date. yummy cooking, qualified chef, reasonable pay and courteous service. Warmly recommended.
They were really quick and the food was hot. Prepared as expected. A reliable location to grab some late food. In and out quick and they get your order right.
