He purposely gave me the hardest footlong Artisan bread because I was in a hurry. I believed my order would be ready because I used the app for express checkout
I met Sabina today and it was nothing but a pleasure! She was very pleasant... A huge relief tbh
For the last THREE orders, they have messed up MAJOR ingredients and turned my order into a completely different sandwich. These were each different sandwiches, too. They got my Supreme Meats order entirely wrong (NONE of the meats that were supposed to be on there were on there, literally). I usually order from here when I am at work and typically look forward to a good sandwich. They used to be good and accurate, but I'm done ordering from this location. They show no care and have no communication. They just care about putting a fake order out for delivery, just for the money. Truly disappointed.
The place clearly says “Open 24 Hours” on Google and on the store in big bright red letters. I walked in at 5:54am and was told the store was closed. Doors open and everything. I feel as though the reason is deeper than just a bold lie being told, but I won’t go to that extreme.
The guy there today was great and very polite did an awesome job.
I'll open with the positive. The same young lady served me tonight as the last night. This time, she actually properly wrapped my wrap so that it didn't fall apart. Also, my web order as actually ready when I came in.The bad(hopefully management is paying attention)... I entered and was the only customer at the counter. At no point, between entering and standing at the counter, was I greeted. I stood patiently at the counter and watched while the same young lady stocked food items in the prep station. At no point did she verbally or non-verbally greet, or acknowledge, me. When she was finally ready, she approached me and I initiated that I was there to pic up my order. She put the only bag on the counter in front of me. I confirmed that it was my order and waited for her to say something, anything.I asked her had she forgotten some sort of greeting or "thank you for your business-some type of customer service training?" This lack of social skill and basic customer service is really unpleasant and, to me, unacceptable. That said, I understand the young lady may have linguistic issues and social anxiety, but hey; that's why they pay us- to come deal with stuff we really don't want to and call it work. I realize everyone isn't paid what they're worth, but if you don't/can't perform some of the basic job duties and achieve a decent customer experience, then that's very probably not the job you should have.
Friendly service. Place open 24 hours. Yes, they do serve breakfast in the AM.
Food was ok but worker lacking the caring that gos with with service.
He was fast and on time with everything food was and A+
I've always had a great experience until last week when I met a slim guy at the counter. He came in with his masks on, didn't wash his hands, and then put his gloves on. I felt like he was cooking before he came out so no big deal. Then, he started touching his mask. I was uncomfortable and I pointed that out. He looked at me and pointed to the table asking if I needed something else. I let it go knowing that I wouldn't be going back there.Sadly, I ended up with a viral infection I strongly believe it was from there. My body is no longer mine 'cause of a sub ?♀️
