This location has two gentleman that will make fun of you for trying to use any coupons. They look at each other and play a humiliating game because of this. However there is a lady at the location who accepts any of the coupons that are not expired and is so kind and respectful. I'm sure that someone else has gone through this experience as well
After not being able to use my coupon at the Washington Blvd shop because they apparently don't take them, I came here. The workers were super nice and the food was delicious.

Ok Subway if you go to the store. Awful if you order through the subway app. It's almost like they deliberately make your food wrong if you order though an app (Subway/Doordash). If you ask for extra Sweet onion sauce, they will put absolutely none at all on your sandwich and some toppings you did not order. 3/3 subs came with incorrect toppings. If you don't want Online orders, than don't take em. You know, we pay extra from that. Will no longer be a tipping in store regular or ordering online from this subway. This Subway is in rapid decline.
This is a great subway location. The staff is super friendly and the place is always immaculate. Everytime I come here the food is super fresh, so this is the best location in the arbutus area.
The man and women who work here are very nice people. I come here because of them.

This is a Subway like any other however the man and his wife who work here are really good people and I come here because of them... Even though Subway made the mistake of discontinuing roast beef.
The food was okay, but not great. We got a pizza, 3 foot long subs, chips, and cookies. The pizza was overcooked on the bottom and undercooked on the top. My sub was good, but the bread was pretty chewy. The cookies and chips were good.
