Negative: Not a good experience today. Funny enough I understand the frustration of the lady because I work in customer service. I simple asked a question & she was VERY RUDE and unprofessional.I did a mobile order & understood they were behind on food orders. I then asked for a straw & told her I READ their homemade sign about guests and didn’t want to reach over the counter but she had an attitude.Positive: I come here all the time. Chris & Princetta are AMAZING! The young man who was kind to me today was named Xavier.Please give your employees proper training so they can handle guests in a kind & acceptable manner.
I have been frequenting this Starbucks for two years now. I work across the street so the location could not be more convenient. The staff here are lovely. Whenever I order either mobile or in-person I don't have a long wait. Sometimes the wait is longer if they're absolutely packed but they work their butts off. Everything they make is absolutely delicious. I really enjoy when they put a dry erase board out with a question for people to respond to. It is fun to read the other respondes while you wait. I also appreciate the free samples when I'm lucky enough to snag one. :) Love your barista, tip your barista, and be kind.
For the third time in less than a week I placed an order at this Starbucks at 545 am arrive at the store at 6 and they are closed with 2 employees waiting outside for the manager to arrive and open the store. This has been happening very often ever since this Starbucks has been built. In my opinion they definitely need new management because the management they have now are incompetent, irresponsible, unreliable, and obviously late on several occasions weekly. This is by far the worst Starbucks for customer service and reliability because I am once again jipped out of my money due to manager incompetence
Worst Starbucks ever. Placed an online order and it took an additional 20 minutes from estimated pick up time. When I finally got my drink, it was wrong. They didn’t put it in the milk or the syrup!!? And when I asked him if he was sure he put it in there he said yes. I tasted it and gave it back. Wait times are always long here but at least if they give me the correct drink, it’s not that big of an issue. Save yourself the headache and go to the Starbucks on Boston if you can.
Very convenient location, but consistently long wait times even when it's not busy. I hope this improves!
Always a treat to get Starbucks, love the decor when visiting different ones. Apple Crisp Macchiato and Honey Citrus Mint tea are my new favorites ?. Love the message boards.
They need to hire more staff during the morning shift. They are across the street from a large hospital, yet only have 2 people working the morning shift.Update: this location has gotten a lot better since I last reviewed. They’ve had my mobile order ready every time I’ve been back.
Good location. Nice flow to follow getting in and out. A little slow but I think they were short handed at the time.
We loved this Starbucks. My mom and I stopped by after getting our nails done next door for an hour and they made our lattes perfectly!
Nice open space inside if you need the wifi or to do work. That being said unless you have (literally) 15 minutes to wait on a drink and then another 5+ minutes for them to remake it because it is wrong then don't bother. Every single time I've been to this Starbucks my drink has been wrong and it has taken at least 10-15 minutes to make even if there was only 1 or 2 people ahead of me. When you explain that your drink is wrong the one girl that works there rolls her eyes and gets an attitude. Just don't. There are far better coffee places in the area.
