Sub-par coffee. Employees kinda rude. Nice seating inside and out though.
Please order some sugar in the raw.... telling customers we don't have it because they have not shipped it to us is a weak argument. other locations around have it so why don't you?
This was my third attempt to get hot coffee. This time I had the woman check first to make sure it was hot and it was. They did not make my sandwich so I had to wait for them to make it, she must have forgotten. The server was very nonchalant not friendly at all. However the manager was very accommodating and gave me a card 4 coffee on them the next time.

. The people are very kind. The manager is wonderful. The store is always clean. My only complaint is that My drinks have been coming out wrong. I always indicate light cream and it’s always too much. I have them remade but it takes time to do that. :-(
Very busy location, however, most of the time service is great.
Worst starbucks I've ever been in everyones cold drinks were being mixed up with hot. Everyone coming in had to have them remade because none were being made properly and with and without the proper amount of flavorings. I myself got an iced apple crisp macchiato which they made hot when it was supposed to be cold (I was the tenth person in line that it had be done to) told them it was supposed to be iced they just tossed the hot drink in with ice and more cream didn't even put the cream back on top never returning I recommend everyone to drive the extra distance to Mt. Washington where every drink is made properly and not 20 minutes after order.
Can't go wrong with a Carmel Macchiato and a lemon loaf...except no lemon loaf so had to get a coffee cake, reminded me of high school in Cali...
