The ONLY Starbucks for miles around that knows to provide the reusable cup discount. Everything was perfect and delicious
Staff was super nice and helpful! I placed my mobile order to the wrong starbucks store but this young lady was so nice to help me make the drink for free. Would definitely visit more often in the future!
I adore this Starbucks! The music is always amazing and it's super LGBTQ friendly. Most of the reviews who dont like its atmosphere are boring white cishet people who should just go back to the suburbs, and don't understand the importance of keeping up morale in corporate environments that exploit their staff. The staff is LGBTQ and BLM friendly and doing their very best with very little resources. It's clear the manager is rarely there to see the fallout of how understaffed they are most days, but somehow they keep a positive attitude no matter how slammed. The staff doesn't let customers be bullied or harassed, and have deep relationships with their regulars and each other. Haters will hate, shake it off babes. The rest of us love you.
I’m convinced morning shift needs to be trained how to make drinks correctly. My frap always f$$k up and never get extra caramel that I pay for. I used to work at Starbucks and I always see the two mornings females making the drinks wrong my recent drink had literally no ice and it was like that because she tried to make two of the same drinks in one blend which your NOT supposed to do so my drink came out like water milk.
I’m not really sure what kind of Starbucks this is but these employees think it’s a nightclub! The music is so loud that guests have to scream to talk to the person next to them! They also don’t seem to believe in the uniform policy, didn’t see anyone wearing an apron or anything.
Club Starbucks? Very loud music with the batista singing along. Not what I've come to expect from Starbucks.

Turned away for not having a mask but when I open my cup after placing a mobile order theres hair in my drink. So concerned about mask but managed to get nasty hair in someone’s food. Yup, makes so much sense
Not handling online ordering well. Always a long wait these days while the staff doesn’t seem to have a system or much hustle. I was often waiting forever in an undefined crowd of customers, to get the attention of an employee to hand me my drink. I’ve actually stopped going there now. :-(
Super busy on Sunday morning. Staff did a really good job in a highly stressful situation. Hey management give them a raise!
