Second time there. I was not greeted when I walked in, and I was left standing at the register like I didn't exist. Interestingly enough a Caucasian male walked in and was greeted immediately. Also the cashier mentioned out loud that my payment was not accepted, but in fact I was scanning the Starbucks app at that time, not paying and no apology was given.
I came in today 6/11 at 8:25 am and I must say this shift is AMAZING. They were super friendly super fast and worked amazing together as a team. My food was amazing as well. I just want to show some recognition to a few of those outstanding employees: Makayla, Kevin, Shaun, Kia and Ian. I will return and thank you!
Staff was polite, but the latte I recieved was so burnt and disgusting it killed the overall experience at this location. :(

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve ordered my drinks 20 minutes ago and it’s not even that busy. There are a few people that have waited even longer than me.
Staff is really nice and good people. However, when I gotten mocha iced coffee, i did have diarrhea. Maybe it's just my body not used to coffee but it's not something I expected. I personallu thing think they are a good establishment, just need some increase their standards a little in some parts. Besides that, nice place.
Probably the best Starbucks in the world they need awards a raise and 10 stars at this location been coming here for years and this is by far the best location no matter what staff member I’m interacting with there’s integrity in their work and very knowledgeable about the menu pleasant to everyone like honestly the best
I waited for 30 minutes for 3 teas, while KEVIN decided to talk to his friends and make their 8 drinks with free extras drinks they asked for after he started making them, when the friends order after us. He proceeded to ignore us until after the young kind Xavier started making our orders, 20 minutes later when he realized our orders had been ignored. Please replace Kevin and remind him this is a place of work.
Amazing service people have great attitude and attention
The staff let me stand at the register like I didnt exist. I was the only customer and there were 5 employees. When she finally came to take my order she didn't speak at all. Just stared at me. Finally spoke to ask if I wanted anything in my coffee.... its time to let the customers make their own coffee again.
