I really like them I sent my order to the wrong Starbucks and they were kind and gracious to do my order there, even though it was my goof.

I love the tea and coffee. But my Daughter loves their Frappuccino. Carmel with hazelnut and mocha. She is not going to be a size 4 forever, right.

Service here is awesome, great lighting and a super inclusive friendly atmosphere. Only complaint is that the card readers don’t allow tipping for digital payments definitely would love to see this change, love showing support and appreciation for the great workers in this city ?

Their staff is EXTREMELY friendly. They are courteous and the drinks are amazing!
Its a turn off that homeless sleep and loiter inside gere every day earlymorning with dirty blanket at front of store window tables facing charles street and loitering outside i sat my things at counter near door ine day and had to rush because homeless guy rushed it to try and take my coffee nanagement needs to get rid of liotering and all sleeng inside in morning therewas a female sleeping with book and blanket at table and staff did nithing to make them leave its same ones gere daily in morning its a turn off to customers i been here every morning same girl here sleeping with her belonging with blk male staff didsnt care to address it or make them leave and its very unsanitary that customers coming in got to see homeless sleeping at the tables facing charles street every day and panhandling drunks and addicts outside nitvtgatvim againat them but its a disgrace ro bussiness
To be quite honest with everyone this place does more to hurt small coffee shops. As is Dunkin Donuts.. How can you go wrong when these two Giants suck the life out of small community businesses. Small this designer coffee . for what you spend on a cup coffee you can buy your own make your own and it probably will last you call week.
