This place is always extremely crowded but has a good variety of stuff and prepare the drinks pretty quick. Dae is THE best barista ever! She is kind, thoughtful and goes out of her way to make your day better. However the some of the other baristas are impolite, the drinks are actually half or 75% of the volume they should actually be and they try to make you pay for extra shots /customisations although it’s a part of the drink and the price doesn’t reflect that in the app- lack of training I’d guess.
Ordered a caramel macchiato and a vanilla blonde. Both were watered down!
Great company and awesome coffee paired with the scenic views of the inner harbor make this spot a no-brainer
Terrible service by the manager Ariane was unacceptable. My drink was not properly made too much milk and ice . I tried to get more coffee snd she told me I had to pay for another drink.Your associate should not manage a store your customers . She has a bad attitude .Coffee ordered at about 540 PM

Same drink is $1 more here and the barista tried to add shots making it $8. It tastes off. No idea what they left out since I protested that it isn’t usually $8 for the drink. I now have a $7 drink that tastes like thin milky coffee. Yuck. I won’t be returning to this location.
What I can I say? Love me some Starbucks and this is a good location.
Nice little Starbucks. Very convenient to our hotel. Baristas were friendly and quick. My drink was hot and delicious.
On a cold day after walking outside I wanted a peppermint hot chocolate. Apparently they’re out of peppermint, which is fine, but after I picked up my drink and had my first sip I realized the cup felt very light. I looked inside and it’s only 75% full. Unfortunately I realized this after I was already several blocks away and I didn’t have time to turn back around. Pretty disappointing when you pay $4 for a drink for 25% of it to be missing. Also they never called out my drink it was done. I had been waiting for several minutes and looked up and saw there was a drink placed down that was mine with about 15 other drinks are ready with lots of other people waiting for drinks. Moral of the story double check your drink before you leave
