Very weird experience. We walked in, accidentally dropped an empty soda bottle one of us had been carrying and the cashier told us we can't throw things in the store. I responded with we're not and then we continued to order. They seemed very annoyed when my friend didn't have enough cash and I had to give her a dollar, acting like we were wasting their time even though their was no one else inside. After we got our drinks, with one being wrong in the process, we all had to use the bathroom. As we walked back there, the male employee who took our order chased us five young girls to the bathroom to tell us it was company policy that we couldn't go in together, which we had no plan of doing. One of us explained that we weren't, we were just waiting for them to open up. It was overall a very strange encounter and I don't know why it happened, just that the whole thing was super weird, especially the last event.
Please reconsider using this location the customer service is very poor although I spoke to the Assisting manager/ Levi on Monday morning May 16th and was giving free drinks and a $4 gift card. I felt like that was a slap in the face Anything to shut me up and get me out of the way. He apologized for the situation I had but never said anything about reprimanding the 3 young ladies 1 with multicolor hair very unprofessional looking .I feel that the customer service level of training for any position at this location need to be revamped.The watered down drinks that I got 15 minutes before closing which I felt was rushed $15 For 2 drinks I expect a better Customer service experience.

Stopped for a Spinach Feta & Egg White Wrap and Coffee Latte while on break while driving my Lyft routes. It was a nice break. Sandwich was scrumptious and the coffee is always on point. Staff friendly! Restaurant clean and neat. It was a line through the drive thru but not inside. Thank you for the friendly and welcoming environment.
This is one of my fav Starbucks they typically get my drinks right! The drive through line here is long though so I would recommend going inside it’s a tad bit faster.
Great location. Good drive thru traffic pattern. Outdoor seating. Clean store. Employees are always very kind and helpful.
Staff is friendly and helpful to find substitutes when necessary.
Very good customer service the employees went above and beyond to help me with my order. They even gave me new drink suggestions which were very lovely. This Starbucks location is by far the most cleanest I’ve seen. Will definitely be back again ❤️
Went there today. The Male clerk was extremely rude. I asked for a decaf Americano and when I saw the girl prepare it, she went over to the regular coffee MACHINE? So who knows what I received. When I received my order I said thank you - no reply. I asked for a pound of decaf pikes peak and was told they didn't have any. I won't be going back.
I hate when employees seem so pushy as if your bothering them. When I ordered the girl was very short with me, I didn’t want to pull my app out. Then they mess up my order…like completely & when I brought it back it was more anxiety like passive aggressive. I could barely get a word out. My coffee was grainy towards the end. I won’t be back. I watched her make a new one but it scares me that people spit in drinks ? they fixed it & it tasted exactly how it was supposed except toward the end.
