While my orders are all online with said location, the experiences are all terrible. It appears, given that all orders arrive with missing coffee or mocha Frappes, that the barista(s) do this intentionally. They cannot remember-or do not care-to put straws in for these particular drinks. When you pay extra for sugar packets and other condiments they ignore the request and rip you off.The orders take over 45 minutes to process, and I am not concerned with the atrocious delivery time involved as well. Frankly, most Starbucks in or directly near Baltimore need shut down, they are poorly managed and poorly run. This location is a prime example. In other regions, Starbucks is much better. For the price that you pay, there is far better coffee. Starbucks has been on the decline for years, locations such as this one are to blame. They don't care about their customers, and just want your money.
I've only done online pickup orders here but it seems like a nice place to sit and enjoy your drink and food. The staff are friendly, always saying a greeting at the door if they're not too busy. My orders are always correct and ready after just a few minutes.

I’ve been here a few times and the experience has been a little mixed. I am only giving four stars due to the inconsistency in customer service.
