We had Awesome service & Great food

Ordered out 2 breakfasts recently. Spanish and western omelets. Quite good. Wish they could bring back the daily specials. Nice little place, not too busy.

This was our 2nd trip here and it was as good as the 1st, with very good food, generous portions and a fantastically friendly efficient waitress. It is situated in a pretty non descript strip center, but once your in the door it has a little of that small town diner feel with a nice hustle bustle vibe. My bacon cheddar omelet was good sized and very good and the thick scrapple was pretty good, but a touch mushy. Hash browns and biscuit were good also. The rest of the group was pleased with their eggs, western omelet and pancakes. My sister and brother-in-law took us there and they are semi regulars and I can see why. They have a nice breakfast and lunch menu and our waitress was about as good as it gets. Look forward to a 3rd visit.

This place really has the classic American diner feel: huge menu, booth seating and cheap prices! If you're looking for high end American food, then this place isn't for you. Came her after a night of drinking for brunch and it really hit the spot ?Only this is, their "home fries" are like hash browns with onions. BUT THEY HAVE SIRACHA HOT SAUCE SO THAT MAKES UP FOR EVERYTHING!!

1st time eating here and it was really good. I had the SouthSide special and it was really tasty. The bacon was on point and even better the sausage was patties and not links. Will definitely return.

Me and my Daughter truly enjoyed the food, the staff and the laughs. Southside Diner is a great place to go and grab a great Bite to eat, the atmosphere is very friendly, pleasant and Very Welcoming.

My first time visiting to place an order to go and I walk-in, not to be greeted by the blonde girl at the front, so I spoke, "hi, how are you." She responded, briefly walked away and returned. During that moment, I open the menu and found what I wanted to order. As she returns, I ask her do I place a to go order with you or someone else? She snarkily responds, "well you can place it with me or I can go grab someone else in here you want to place it with; so, you just let me know." I was shocked by her stupidity and just looked at her while trying to collect my thoughts... I just walked out in order to maintain my composure. I ended up talking with a couple of friends who patronize this business and they were a shocked and offended as well. If you care anything about how people are treated at your establishment, I recommend getting rid of the young girl at front or giving her an attitude check at the least!

I really enjoy Southside Diner. This has become my go-to for breakfasts. I strongly recommend trying the French toast ( not in picture), and the bacon! I always get extra-it’s that good. The staff is amazing, welcoming and work great together.

This place came with pretty high google reviews. I would say it may be slightly overrated as far as the food but I still give it 4 stars because the service was excellent and the staff was super friendly.Highlights:CleanQuick seatingFriendly staffFood arrived fast and hotFish was fresh which is rare for a dinerBacon was 5-starFries were cooked perfectlyLots of menu choices, something for everyoneWhat could be better:They currently don’t have crab cakes but they are still listed on the menu, remove them or inform the customers. I was told once I ordered.Grits had zero salt and butter.Breakfast potatoes are more like hash browns, I’m being picky.Overall nothing was bad and the friendly staff and great service made up for the small tweaks needed for food.
