Food was very good and seemed fresh but the drive thru line took very long. Like over 12 minutes from placing my order to actually getting my food. Staff was friendly, I would go back again.

The food was straight garbage... old looking & tasting. Too afraid to eat it .. a waste of money ?
I am visiting from another state.. My kids wanted sonic so we stopped here, made my app order and went to the drive thru, stated it would take time and pull forward.... 20 mins go by, the kids running it had friends come, got food before ours, 2 cars through the drive thru got their food also, pulled back to drive thru 30 mins after waiting, said oh okay pull forward, got out finally got our food and drinks..... Do not recommend this sonic, due to service and having to reheat my food at the hotel due to it not being hot and missing my cheese sauce for my pretzels... sucks visiting places and getting bad service to show the people of the area ?
It was horrible, I waited in line 22 minutes and when I got to order I was informed they were closed and this was at 4!45pm staff did not show up, you could have told me before I sat there won't go again!!!!!
They forgot me in the drive thru lane.They almost forgot to give me my bank card back.
I absolutely love Sonic. Their crushed ice was exactly what I needed yesterday.
