Changed my order without my permission when they didn't offer something on the app menu, brought out our drinks half full saying they ran out of the right size cups and the manager told them to prepare it that way. App and stall said order picked up and complete but food didn't come out for about 10 more minutes, no napkins or peppermint. Slushier was already half melted when brought out. Just not a good experience at all

They close at 11pm I came at 10:00 I waited 30 mins and then they took my order and 20 mins later they turned the lights off. At night they do what they want who ever hired these women need new women they are so ratchet. And they won’t try to fix it all they will do is say how sorry they are but they are not?I was actually sitting in the dark and nobody never told me they didn’t put my order in.

Sonic is great for shakes, especially when they have half price shakes after 8. ? However, I am not a fan of their burgers or their sweet onion rings. Who needs sugar in their onions rings? I do like the popcorn chicken and strips, but they are nothing to write home about. But, if you like mozzarella sticks, Sonic has good ones. I do hate that they only give you one marinara sauce for six sticks - you need two Sonic. Lately, my local Sonic is not open for pulling up to eat and getting served by a car hop. That spoils one of the best things about the place. Hope they get back to normal soon. Otherwise, you'll only see me there in the Summer after 8.

This experience was not that good. We pulled up to the intercom but it wasn't working. The server came out and took our order and he was nice. They brought out the drinks and and food but they had to go back and get our straws and my sauce for the chicken tenders. The tenders were good but the trader tauts were under cooked. The onion ring and Texas toast was not editable though. My son did like the popcorn chicken.

Was wondering why my food was so high. Didn’t realize till I pulled off that I was charged for the wrong stuff not only that I wasn’t given marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks I was given mustard I find it kind of funny and pathetic at the same time that these are the same people that want $15 an hour to do a simple job but for some reason just can’t get it right. I’m sorry if you can’t match ketchup with fries or marinara sauce with mozzarella sticks, You may as well just take any job that anybody will give you for any dollar amount per hour because you’re lucky to find someone that will employ you at this point

It is sad how bad the customer service is at this location. They have a long line of customers in the drive thru and parking lot just to be served. It is no reason that these employees should be handing me a DoorDash order with my food falling out of the bag because the female employee did not want to provide good customer service. Whoever the employee was just clocked in around 4:45pm should be held accountable for the disrespect. Save your money from the mistreatment!!!!!

Came to this sonic on 4/21/2022. Waited at the drive in slot for 20 minutes with no service. The drive thru was moving so we left and pulled into the drive thru.. the lady explained that they have issues with their headsets- understandable but why not notify the customers in the drive in slots that they need to use the drive thru??? Then I get my order placed, forgot to add a shake so I ask to add it at the window. The man shook his head no and said I don’t take orders here at the window…. You need to go back around! So another 20 minutes waiting.. unacceptable. Since when is it impossible to place an order at the drive thru window. The computer to place the order is right in front of him. He was rude, provided unsatisfactory customer service and I’m almost positive he is in management. Which explains the below standard customer experience myself and several others just experienced. Staff are having fun laughing and joking but apparently can’t take an order. I won’t be back.

Lord have mercy bring some board games like monopoly if you order in line, to be fair it's like 90% of the time it's so slow, some cars order and get food fast and pull off and then like every other car order it's maybe 5 to even 10 mins waiting They are busy and I'm not saying it's poor workers, food is usually always good. We have 4 kids and 2 adults so is usually a larger order so this also comes with more mistakes not just here but in general the issue is our daughter had a dairy and egg allergy and never dealing with allergies before this workers all seem very un educated in allergies in fast food in general but about this sonic do not go on lunch breaks unless you work close by and have a hour I would not risk it....

Stop in for a bite after the range at Stall number 5 to order our food push the read and waited. so about 5 minutes go by and I push the red button again only now to hear people that just pulled up getting there order taken and no one answered on my lane so I back out and moved to the next lane push the button and someone answer I got my food the young lady came out gave us or food we asked for extra sauce and had her a nice tip she never came back with anything we ask for we waited about 10 minutes and in this time frame she walked pass about 4 time to other customers this place needs better workers and a equipment overhaul but on the way out one screen was completely laying on the ground with plastic racks holding it up

we ordered two milkshakes and a root beer float we waited a half an hour and for 3 drinks. we pressed the button to see if you get to talk to someone about our order but no one ever answered. so I went to the drive-through told them we were at the stall waiting for our food and come to find out, they never placed our food order.
