I always place my order for pick-up about 10 minutes before I get there and it is ready every time I arrive! The staff has been very polite and helpful. The smoothies are delicious but typically slightly sweeter than my preference. I love being able to check the website for exact nutritional information. I would say you get more smoothie for your buck at Smoothie King then at the other places I have bought smoothies around the city. If you haven't been there then the store it self is somewhat hidden and is bit hard to find if they don't have their sidewalk sign out, but usually they do.Edit: I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because I got another smoothie and realized I could take out the sweetener in the customize section. Having that option allowed me to get it perfectly as I like it!!! Thank you Smoothie King!
Came in for a smoothie king and the young lady Karina was extremely helpful ? she has great customer service and a delightful attitude she was working by herself and had a line but got everyone taken care of… and smoothies were perfection.. I definitely will return to this location!!!

I get to the store and despite the hours being posted on the door as 10-8 on sundays the store is closed. I check online and the store is listed as open, I then try the phone number and the voicemail even says that the store is open it's normal regular hours. This was very disconcerting because to me this means you are pushing bad information onto your customer. This should be fixed and addressed.
Ordered from the app on Saturday and the not only did it take me about 20 minutes to get to the location because the damn streets was closed down but after walking all the way to the store …it was closed!! They charged me and everything for a item no one was making . I came in Monday and got the item but the app should not allow you to order for a closed location, duh!

I came around 8:34 pm to order a smoothie. The store doesn’t close until 9:00 pm. They refuse to open the door despite the sign saying open. I am very disappointed
These days safety is my priority. While waiting for my smoothy, a man was also waiting for his smoothy. Despite the posted mask policy this man was wearing his mask below his CHIN. None of the FOUR employees behind the counter bothered to remind him to wear it correctly. As I was l leaving I pointed it out to an employee who said “oh, OK” but did not proceed to correct the customer. If you’re going to have a mask policy you need to enforce it!!
