Great smoothie just not enough staff
Both the internet and the sign on the door says they close at 9. Here I am a 8:20pm and they are closed with no sign posted saying why. I'm slightly confused.
WORST SMOOTHIE KING EVER WITH A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I BUY A SMOOTHIE EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST YEAR AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN THIS LOCATION AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO COME HERE AT ALL BESIDE THE SERVICE THE SMOOTHIE IT TASTE MORE ICE THAN NOTHING AND THE PERSON ATTENDING HAVE 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING… DONT WASTED YOUR MONEY HERE … BY THE WAY I LOVE SMOOTHIE KING BUT THIS LOCATION WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN ..
Smoothie King consistently has a large variety of smoothies. They come out the same every time. Even when it's busy you don't have to wait very long for service. I highly recommend this business.
Really good smoothie! Love it!
Horrible customer service Called to place a pick up order as i was in a hurry on way to work was told instore order only. I WILL go to another smoothieking franchise and so will my friends
I placed an order through the smoothie king app for pickup and was charged $18.95 for my smoothies. I went to pick up my items at the specified time for pick up on my app and there was no one in the store and it was locked. I waited an additional 10 minuets returned back to the store and the cashier refused to make my smoothie after the recipet printed out on the register. He said that his manager told him that they don’t accept online orders ??? During a global pandemic ?? Really?! So, I asked for my refund which they refused also. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently he wasn’t there and wouldn’t accept any calls. I basically sat there asked to have my smoothies and or receive a refund. I got nothing and basically cheated out of $19.
Rude customer service
Went to Midnight Madness on Old Ellicott City last Friday night. Wound up (as always) at the Wine Bin for music, wine, and of course, a good cause. (Drinking for good causes is our sport and at it we excel.) he Snake King had a food truck there. We just got the truffle oil and parmesan tots. OMG! They were unbelievably good. They were so good, that when we got down to about the last ten, I told my husband we had to take some to a few friends there to try; it would be morally wrong not to. He told me they had left, and I thought he was lying so as not to have to share. So go to the Snake King. If you see their food truck, pull over. Get whatever else you want, but get the the TOTS!
