Today I arrived and wanted to order a smoothie - she did not greet me at all. Didn’t make eye contact and took my order after not even responding to a question I had. She put my smoothie on the counter and that’s that . My coworkers stood next to me Just shaking their heads with all the unprofessional ism going on… it’s not hard to have manners …
Paid for a 20 oz smoothie. All store photos show the cup filled to the brim. I request that the guy fill it up & his response was “that’s how much was in the blender” & ignored me. When I complain to the cashier, she tells him to make me a new one. So begrudgingly, he does. Well you can see the photo of the end result. This was not due to settling. Guy was very rude. He could’ve just added to my original instead of giving me the same rip off serving. $8.50 with tip was way overpriced for this falsely advertised drink & a rude staff. Won’t be going back.
Lovely and friendly worker took care of me and was patient though the sheer amount of variations had me a little intimidated. Went with the Blue Heaven smoothie, it was sweet like candy!!
Just asked the lady working at this location why she's just randomly closing an hour early and her response was, "I'm trying to get out of here early."So basically they just randomly close when they want
Tried to order at 5pm on a Monday 10/5/20. They close at 6pm. Was told she “already cleaned up so she could go home.” Turned us away and said she was closed.
At BWI airport. They close at 6pm today. Tried to order at 5:05pm and was told she “was shutting down early so she could go.” Would not let us order.
I was extremely disappointed in the service and product I received from this location. I frequent Smoothie King locations all over during my travels. It took me over 15 minutes to receive my order even though there was only two customers ahead of me when I ordered. When customers who placed their orders well after me started to receive their smoothies first, I questioned the employees. My questions were returned with attitude. I overheard the same employees complaining about how they did not want to be there when I placed my ordered - that was obvious. I had ordered a 20 oz Keto Champ Berry. I watched the employee blend the ingredients and saw her struggling and angered. She continued to add more and more water to the ingredients in order to get the mixture to blend. This resulted in me receiving a 32oz smoothie instead of the 20oz I ordered that tasted terrible. I order this exact smoothie often and I know what I should taste like. The entire situation resulted in me having to run to my gate and barely make my flight. I do not write this review out of anger, but simply would like these issues to be addressed. Thanks from a a loyal customer!
Ordered and paid for a 32 oz and received a 32oz cup 3/4 full. Last I checked you fill up the cup.
The first time I came on December 28 2019 my visit was great! When I was returning January 5 2020 it was not! There was a woman that was yelling about things not being her responsibility and she was cursing continuously. There were two gentlemen working as well that seem to want no parts of her misconduct. I was very irritated because she was basically venting extremely loud about not wanting to work there anymore and it made no sense. We are all human and dont like to go to work most days but you shouldn’t behave in that manner especially in front of customers. Please do better!
Love Smoothie King! This location is always pretty busy, but despite that the staff is efficient and courteous. Great service, and great smoothies!
