I went into this shop and was ignored for 15 minutes before I was able to make a order the person taking my order was a tall skinny white female with glasses and I could smell alcohol on her breath as she slurred her words and looked at me with glassy eyes she said we were backed up with online orders and didn’t even offer an apology I decided to order a drink anyway and it had no taste I partially drank it felt something in my mouth and spit out the drink there were several small flies in the drink!!! When I returned with the issue the female said several words or profanity to me and told me we don’t need your business. Completely disgusting I don’t recommend anyone going in here this place is dirty and the employees obviously don’t care about the customer or service. If I could rate it lower than one star I would I don’t recommend anyone going here especially with your kids unless you want bugs as an extra ingredient in your tea drinks. 0/5
Unique selection of drinks and honestly the best I've had in the area. I always go for the Rose Earl Grey Milk Tea. Always have great music and good vibes in here.

One of the better non chain boba places in the areas. Drinks on the sweeter side, and sago was not cooked well and overly mushy. The fruit tea was ok, was basically crushed pineapple and fruit jelly which was not what I expected.
I love this place. They have the most unique drinks you would ever imagine. It stand out from the rest. I tried pretty much everything but my favorites are the slush in all kind of flavor. I only learn how good this place while I was doing delivery. I get so thirsty and this hit the spot. Sometimes I would buy two at the same time. It totally worth it. Since I work in fulfilling customer serving I never had issues with customer service. I guess everyone got different experiences. If anybody new here try there sago with earl grey or the grapefruit slush yum yum yum ……
As someone mentioned, the place doesn't have a big sign and easy to miss if you are looking for it for the first time.The bubble tea that we ordered was very good, I wish the cup was a little larger for the price you pay. Also if you have fruits inside your drink, the opening is so small, that everything gets stuck and plugs it, makes it hard to drink.Edit: To owner response - we were not provided a straw, hence we drank it through the cap. Will have to try again next time.
I'm leaving this review two years late because this shop has ruined boba for me. It's so good that nowhere else compares.First time I stopped in the drink I got was a little too sweet, and before I even said anything the second time I was in the gentleman asked "Half sweet, right?" I swear he's a mind reader. They made my ideal drink, and I got it every single day I was visiting Baltimore. I would unironically come back just for the tea!
Drink and boba was fine, but I could not go back after the bad service. I am not expecting someone to be super friendly and get over-the-top service, but I don’t even think I got common decency. They were rude and seemed like they did not want to be there. I never leave reviews but I don’t want other people to experience what I did. Also, if somehow you want to go there, warning they may not be open. They sometimes close super early and are unfriendly about it.
Used to be my favorite bubble tea spot, went there all the time. Never again.Unfortunately this last time we went to get the usual tea and there were two people smoking outside. When we walked in, there was no one to take our order, a few minutes later the people that were outside smoking went in, took our order and prepared the tea without washing their hands.We asked for the passion fruit yogurt tea without ice, as we noticed they didn't wash their hands (that had touched their mouths and cigarettes) and the ice scoop handle touched all the ice in there.She did put ice in the drink and when we told her that we had asked for no ice she made a fuzz about it and just poured plain tea and sent us on our way.We ended up not getting what we paid for.I never leave bad reviews but I feel like this goes beyond the quality of the drinks going down, it was the fact that they didn't wash their hands, didn't even apologize for the mistake, AND gave us something different than what we paid for.Very sad indeed, hope they get their act together.
