This particular evening my food was horrible. My fish sub was hard and over cooked. My spouse chicken cheese steak was dry and my daughter cheese steak was incorrect so she couldn't eat it because of the Hots she did not want.
How can I get in touch with management the young Hispanic lady hangs up the phone three times when I called to place an order then put me on hold to hang up again after having me on hold for 8 mins then when I came in to order I mentioned that I wanted to place order over the phone she tells me I don’t have to order I can leave the customer service is terrible I will never patronize or refer anyone until they do better
I ordered from here twice and both times horrible. The first time I spent 96$ on DoorDash on a breakfast platter and two wing platters and the stuff shrimp platter. The stuff shrimp was horrible, taste sour didn’t taste any crab meat at all and that alone was 35$ I would have rather ate the money. Today I decided to give them another chance I ordered honey barbecue wings and fish sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The best think was the damn fish sandwich and that was plain. They forgot my barbecue and just slapped some honey on my wings and the wings had a weird taste and smell to them. The mozzarella sticks were even worst taste just like old grease and the sauce was disgusting as well I will not be ordering from here again .
Ordered some wings and a cheeseburger sub and man let me tell you they should be ashamed of them selves for even selling people this stuff. The wings were minuscule calling them tiny would be disrespectful to tiny things I literally was able to fit about 5 wings in my palm. The sub was mediocre at best and definitely not what I was expecting after reading the DoorDash reviews.
Chicken Tenders was really Good . I asked not to fry hard and they turned out Great with some honey mustard on the side. Fries was not to good needs a Lil bit seasoned. But the wait was not long at all . So I would eat here again ?
Calling these wings small would be an understatement Tyrone’s had bigger wings and the food was just average. Definitely won’t do this again
I order this buffalo lemon pepper wings last night through Door Dash.One of the wings was so so tiny that it shouldn’t be put in there with it.I was so disappointed that I will never order from this place again.This place is going down hill.It’s not used to be like back in the days
They have the best cream of crab soup it's a little spicy but I'm sure you don't have to get that much spice on it plus it's meaty can taste every bit of crab the chicken tenders and Fries are good so are their salad in desert
If I could leave no stars I would the girl who answered the phone claimed to be a manager but she was rude after I was calling to complain about my food that wasn’t prepared right i ordered from DoorDash and she said It was on them will never order from this location again every time I do the food is trash order from the silvermoons located on east Baltimore street never have to worry about my food being messed up when I order from that place
Good food. Nice workers. The customers are very questionable. Felt uneasy with my wife in there and the other patrons stare like they never seen a pretty woman. Very rapey. But the actual business very nice place with good food. We live around the corner and it's our go to fast food joint.
