Initially I thought this was a burger place but when I reviewed the menu I could not help but walk in. Front of house was cool..I asked for a table, and a table i got. It was a bit after 12 noon and had a hankering for breakfast and with my luck, they have breakfast all day. Order yourself a cup of coffee...its the best. I had the skillet breakfast and ot was delicious. Farm fresh ingredients brought direct to the table. Loved it here! Check em' out next time you have a departure out of Baltimore via BWI airport!
The best food I’ve ever had at an airport. Authentic Maryland style crab cakes and avocado toast for an appetizer. It was bought for 2 people to share one entree. Great service and a welcome place to hanger out waiting for a flight.
We ate at the Silver Diner on our way home from five days in Jamaica. We were excited to get an American meal with some American beers! The food did not disappoint. PROs: - If this was based on the food alone, the rating would be 5/5. - Initial service was outstanding. We were quickly seated and had drink orders placed. Ordering food went quickly and the food was delivered in a timely manner. CONS: - Overall service was lacking. We were a large group and the server did not do a great job of organizing the ticket as he took orders and there was quite the delay once we had concluded the meal. It was fortunate we were not in a rush to make a connection or things could have been much more stressful. - One of my beers had some floaties in the bottom of the glass which were not noticed until it was too late. - Killed an ant on the table. Never seen that before in a restaurant.
Had connecting flight at Baltimore Airport and found the Silver Diner, great looking restaurant inside and out but can’t say that for the cheeseburger. Burger with American cheese looked great but not much to say about the flavor, as much as I tried to enjoy this burger all it really did was curb my appetite. The staff was great and restaurant clean so I will give them another chance if ever there for a layover.
The steak frites were pretty good and a healthy portion for an airport meal. The garlic spinach was great!!Jeffrey the bartender was friendly and attentive ask for him.
First of all for an airport restaurant this was the best in the world. Fresh food cooked to order. Real shakes, real burgers ( not hockey pucks), real chicken- can’t be beat! Went with my wife and two young children, and every single one of us enjoyed and said if this diner was in our hometown we would come every week!!Service was quick and on point. Everyone was helping each other and there was great teamwork in the restaurant . Thank you for such a pleasant and delicious meal
Chicken tenders, omelet, eggs and burgers were great! Courtney was awesome. Bacon and sausage was awful.
Silver Diner @ BWI Airport. This is not your typical diner people. Super good food and healthy choice. Avocado toast is delicious! Mikey our server was fantastic!
The service was phenomenal they really worked hard to get the food out to sit quickly and to serve quickly there's a lot of food though.
A quick stop at the Silver Diner in between flights. From entry to exit you will experience total professionalism. The food is portioned just right, you won't leave hungry. Priced moderately for an airport restaurant. Our wait staff member was very responsive to our needs. He brought a great attitude and smile to our table. When ever you happen to be in the Baltimore airport and need so nutrition, give Silver Diner a try. Enjoy!
