Great burgers and shakes. You won't be disappointed and make sure you get the shack sauce.
Good burgers, but on the slightly pricier side for fast food. However, the speed of service at this location is so unbelievably slow that I think a more applicable name is "slow food". It took literally 20 minutes for our number to get called, and this was at 8pm when there weren't even that many people. If you need a quick meal or don't want to wait like they're serving you Michelin star dishes, I'd stay away from this location.
The food is fine, but not worth waiting 30 minutes for. I’ve never had service this terrible. I was called honey bun and the servers rolled their eyes at me two friends who ordered after us got their food before us.No “I’m so sorry for your wait”, no “we understand your frustration”, just eye rolls.I don’t normally get angry with people in customer service because I know it’s a hard industry, but this experience actually made me resolve to never eat at another Shake Shack again. I’ve never been this disappointed and mad at a food establishment.
Great burger. Friendly staff. Went there after 7pm and there was no line, but food still took 20+min to come out?!?
Great burger and the milk shakes are to die for. It's a great spot to catch a quick bite to eat or you could even take a date there.The atmosphere is very clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming every time we go we always have a great meal.

Staff was super friendly! First time at a Shake Shack. Food was very good. There was not a lot of the sauce on my burger, but was still tasty. Fries were also very good!
I was told not to order from here by a friend that had a bad experience but I did anyway and the bad experience is consistent. Apparently they gave my door dash order to someone and when my dasher came to pick it up the order wasn’t there. The dasher called me on the phone while in the restaurant and I can hear the worker rudely saying well it was picked up and we’re not remaking it. The restaurant should be more responsible in the first place to not let someone randomly pick up an order that does not belong to them.
Was extremely busy but everyone was working hard and had things under control. Very polite employees.
