i ordered to frozen ices. they messed up and gave me the same flavor and then said to get the correct flavor i would have to buy a new one. Absolutely do not reccomend. i threw an entire cup of ice away.

Best selection of Sorbets around - a little on the sweet side - but maybe it was just the peach - still for the dairy-free people it's nice to have such a wide selection of flavors to choose from. Oh yes and the sizes are huge!
We were treated by our son in law and Rita's is his favourite place for ice creams. Great variety and flavors.

I had a vanilla custard and it was very good. It was a lot of sugars for the money and it was very creamy. The person who waited on me was very confused on giving change. Bill was $6.10 and I gave her $20.10, she tried to give me two dollars and some change back. When I questioned her she didn’t understand and had to have someone help her. Luckily the person behind me saw the whole transaction.
We stopped by Rita's for a cold treat while visiting Inner Harbor on a very hot mid 90's day. The ice cream was delicious but very expensive. Of course it is setting right on the brick walk-way in a big attraction so that is to be expected.
Perfect cold refreshments on a very hot day served by a friendly staff. Seats in the shad in the adjacent park watching the children run through the water fountains added to the enjoyment.
Friendly servers, yummy frozen drinks, ice cream and custard. The lines were long in the early evening but worth it. Large portion sizes.
