Don't do it. The counters are super sticky, customer service is dismal and the behind the scenes is suspicious with roaches on the floor. Absolutely will not return. Ever
This is a HORRIBLE establishment and should not be open!! They NEVER have ANY of the flavors that they claim that are on the menu. They also are never open when the sign says that they are to be open!! They NEVER have vanilla custard and it smells like death inside
My second time this Rita's and the young man served me twice was very pleasant.
I’m currently here at Rita’s and I’ve waited 8 minutes to be served but no one is at the counter....
The worst spot ever
I know they had a fire there in that location and I think that they're rebuilding right now so I don't know if Rita Italian ice will be back, but I hope they will come back to same location because they do have wonderful ice cream custard.
I absolutely love the fact that every time I come there is a new flavor!!! The employees are always nice and fast!! Great service!!
