Great way to see fireworks! Hotel is nice and staff very friendly.
it's a nice place the elevators took forever to move around. was on the 10th floor and they were always packed. waited 20 minutes for a elevator. the hot tube was closed due to cover but they can pack the elevators. and u have to pay for parking on top of the crazy room fees.. but tje harbor was the best part very beautiful
I just want to say that Gary is absolutely the best! Hands he made our experiences at the hotel 100% better. He definitely needs a raise for going above and beyond. The rooms are very spacious and quite. The beds are extremely comfortable and it's in walking distance from the harbor and restaurants. The only thing we didn't have a microwave in our room but other than that the hotel is awesome. And it is extremely clean and I have OCD and normally find dirt everywhere ??? but not at this hotel. I will definitely stay there again next time we are in Baltimore.

This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it.I've never had a hotel stay like this before. I've always used "low budget" hotels. But this was our wedding getaway area. I decided to let go of myself and pay to be stress free and just run with it. My WIFE and I left with nothing but huge smiles.
The property is set at an amazing location, central to everything is Baltimore. I felt immersed in the city with unmatched views on the harbor. Accommodations were plush and comfortable. There wasn't much more that could be asked for. To put the icing on the cake Maurice and the rest of the Staff were welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that met and exceeded all expectations. The communication, before, and during my stay left quite an impression. He is certainly an asset to that hotel. The one small critique I have for the property was a lack of TV in the living area facing those gorgeous Harbor Views.
Upon arriving in this wonderful property I was greeted by Kelsey J. she is the Supervisor and checked me in effortlessly. She was kind and helpful. Officer Farmer is a great asset for the hotel his leadership and customer service should be commended. Gregory helped extend my check out time and gave me water upon request. Finally Del was most helpful when producing another key. Overall my visit was brief but the service and location was something a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member will always remember. Much thanks.
Rooms were nice. View and location were premier, but the toilets didn't flush correctly. There were no amenities in our room and none ever came. A cheaper hotel might not be as comfy or have the best location but I've never been without soap and shampoo at one
this was ab excellent place to stay! the hotel was super clean, the parking was easy, (although it was a bit expensive) & the staff were amazing ! especially this one girl with beautiful black & white braids. she was absolutely phenomenal. didn’t catch her name but she made our stay for sure :)) 100/10 would recommend
10/10 recommend, clean, attentive, friendly, covid free and they clean often. Gym has everything you need for sure. Only drawback is the ice machine was not working in three floors when i went, and had to walk and checking each floor going down and around that maze is tough and it was exhausting as it took me 10 minutes otherwise it was super. Gentlemen in the store downstairs is very helpful. views are greater on higher floors.
Clean room but we still go in and clean the entire room for our peace of mind. We had an experience with our housekeeper. We asked for extra towels so she would not have to go into our room and she refused to provide; spoke and understood no English. We had to request them at the front desk.Great location...was able to walk to the Arena and Restaurants.
