Food was delicious! Also, our server, Amani, was amazing. She was very attentive and made sure we were okay the entire time. I do recommend this location for good food and great customer service. Will be back soon!
I feel embarrassed to say this, but after all the numerous restaurants and places I've been to all over,in different cities.. I've never been to a Red Robin before.. until today. It was a wonderful experience. I went with my six-year-old son and we were both very happy with the service and the way the food came out. Everything was perfect. This was the first time that we went to a restaurant and actually ate all of the food that was served.. The kids Mac n cheese is delicious,baby boy loved it!!.This restaurant is A+???I gave My server a $20 tip?
Overall, not too bad an experience. Some of the food was good, some not. Service was a little slow, probably due to short-staffing during this pandemic, but it was ok overall. I've eaten here before the pandemic, and it was excellent, though. So I would still say give it a try, and use your own judgment.
Went in with my family and was seated immediately. Well that’s all because the server for our section walked past us for 30 minutes and served others seated after us. No one came to great us or to say we’ll be with you soon. We got up and left.
Pleasantly surprised! It's been several years since we've eaten at a Red Robin. Burgers were good. Fries hot. Great kids selections! My kids ate bottomless oranges. Try even the veggie burger. Took away a star cause service could definitely be better. Quite the lively bunch near the kitchen... slightly disruptive. We had to keep looking for our server for "bottomless" refills & few options we ordered on the side never came out.
Burgers, wings, fries always good. So upset they discontinued their nachos ?
This Red Robin is an embarrassment to the franchise. Our server talked to us maybe 3 times the entire time for about 30 seconds each. Other staff brought us our food as soon as it was on the pass. Then when it was time to pay, our server didn’t offer us desert and when she finally came back after like 10 minutes she questioned if we were okay paying on the kiosk. She still never asked us about desert.
To start, the food was very good. The personality of the waitstaff was adorable.However... the floor was STICKY and I'm talkin rip your shoes off sticky. Having servers use thier phones to take orders is tacky and makes things EXTREMELY impersonal. We already live in a society where no one communicates and everyone stares at their phones. No knives for a dish with chicken breasts??? You had to ask for one. We had to ask for silverware period. And why on Earth would you offer a popsicle you can buy at Walmart as a dessert option???
I love this red robin the staff are always quick to get your order and very friendly. The burgers are always delicious and definitely a step above most other burger places!
Diamond is so friendly and efficient! She was the only person to greet and interact with me on my last two visits. The management really needs to take notes from her hospitality! I was ignored by many staff members and the manager after standing on the steps for a few minutes before she just happened to come out and asked if she could help me. I suggest that the management updates it's customer service and ensure that all customers are made to feel valued.
