The happy hour is perfect for a date night or anytime . Food is amazing staff is wonderful
This was the second time my wife an I have been to RA. First time was a wonderful experience. This time was not. The food was excellent, but the service was severely lacking. We waited 20 minutes before a drink order was taken. My wife asked for water, which only came after we had asked twice. Overall the service was slow and unacceptable. I usually wouldnât mind if it was a busy night, but our waiter only had 2 tables. Again, the food was terrific, but when you are spending $100+ for sushi and a couple of drinks, I would expect better service than we received. Next time we will order sushi and just eat it at home.
I felt like for the prices it could gave been more flavorful.It wasn't horrible but I probably would go some place else.
It was my daughterâs birthday and she specifically requested RA Sushi. Weâve been here before and have always had an amazing experience. This experience was so subpar, we will never come back. I made reservations and when we showed up, the restaurant was fairly empty. The host seems confused where to seat us and went back to the kitchen. When she came back out, she seated us at a table that was not prepared and did not have silverware, plates or napkins. The waiter was very pleasant but made excuses for everything we asked for. For example, when the food was finally brought out, we asked for plates. He said they were busy and the plates were being washed. We told him he could give us plates off of any other table, which he did do. He made excuses for our food taking forever to be served. He made excuses for forgetting our drinks. It was ridiculous. When we got the food, it was not hot. It tasted dried out and was a total disappointment. I think that explains why the restaurant was dead. Iâm not sure what happened that everything was so horrible but it was a huge disappointment for all of us.
The service was cool. We didn't have table ware, we had to ask after we received our food. The manager asked me if I knew how a lemon drop was made after I asked to put bourbon in it on account of i drank dark earlier in the day. I told her so and she said she wanted to make sure because I couldn't send it back. I was confused. My waitress was great so I tipped her well. Food was really good.
The food is always good. Iâve been going for years.
