Why is it taking 15 minutes to make a smoothie? The staff here is totally incompetent. If I hadn’t already paid I would leave. And the manager seems just as unhelpful.
Ordered a Beet me Up smoothie which was good, didn't wait too long for it either. Only concern I had was regarding a couple of employees coughing and sneezing with no gloves or other form of protection.Also, most employees were playing on their phones which I personally don't care, but if there's customers in front of you at least stick the phone away for a bit until they leave. It's an awkward vibe like I'm intruding or something.
Açaí bowl is the best ?… I usually don’t wait too long. Though sometimes they do not listen to the customizations of my order all the time
Amazing smoothie bowls! The atmosphere is great — perfect for studying or just enjoying a meal with friends. I ordered the matcha smoothie bowl and would highly recommend it!!!
The bowls are really good but i ordered the flu shot and it was 90% cayenne I took one sip of it and it tore my stomach up I swear so get anything but that
Stopped by around 7:50 pm to find the doors locked and the employees cleaning the store despite signs that say open till 8 pm. I guess you can’t trust their hours ?Updated my review based on the response from the owner
Smoothie was good, but $10 for a smoothie is pretty steep. Lowered rating is because two staff members were repeatedly sneezing and coughing and complaining to each other about "allergies" while making my drink. I realize masks are no longer required but feel staff (and everyone) should wear them if you have those kind of symptoms. I really hope employees are regularly covid tested and that this smoothie doesn't get me sick.
Stopped by to get a smoothie after a workout. Waited almost 20 min because they forgot to make it. They saw me standing there, never acknowledged me just kept taking customers who came in after me. Waited another 10 min after I went up to say something. Never apologize or anything. The establishment was not busy when I ordered my drink. I understand that things happen but at least acknowledge and apologize.
Can't go wrong with anything served here! Better still - I've been to 3 other Pure Raw Juice locations and the customer service, and quality of the juice or bowls have been consistent. The employees deserve ?!
Great place, great product, I always come here and staff is great until today. (Server: Adam, 2/9/22 @ 12:43pm, was a female) No greeting, not happy that I had a question about my pts and then proceeded to tell me I only had 5 pts but that wasn't my question) I always tip but I didn't today as she didn't say a word to me, hi, bye, thank you or really even acknowledge me!)Hope she has a better day next time.
