My wife lives these kinds of places. She got an acai bowl. She loved it. Place was clean(very small) and service was good. A little out of the way, though. If you like this kind of thing...you should stop.
Been coming here every week for the last few years. Not only are the bowls and smoothies amazing, but the staff is SO NICE! Unmatched customer service. The Pure Raw team rocks!
Second time in three days that at 715, employees have door locked and won’t even acknowledge me standing at the door. I used to eat here four or five days a week for breakfast.
Smoothies and bowls are great, but staff fails to answer the phone after 6PM. I understand they close at 7PM, but that’s still an hour that they could be responding to customer orders or concerns pertaining to delivery/pickup orders.
I would give this place 5 stars however I'm concerned with the safety of delivery orders. My order was delivered via Grubhub and my smoothie was not concealed in a tampered safe container or bag. You all need invest in that for delivery orders. Overall the smoothie was great.

Today I came in and wanted to try the new “Coffee Crunch” and not only did she not wear gloves, she put her nose to smell the blended mixture that she then poured into my bowl. Upon ordering I stated twice “NO PUMPKIN SEED” because I’m allergic to pumpkin purée so I’d assume the seeds would give me a reaction as well. When she moved to the topping station I again said “NO PUMPKIN SEEDS PLEASE” and she sternly says “I know, it’s on the screen”. So I walked away and allowed her to continue to put the finishing touches on the bowl as she rambled on cursing about there not being able to find any honey in the store while Jennifer was on the phone with someone asking about this missing honey. When she was finished I said thank you (as always) and told both ladies to have a great day. So then I drive 30 minutes back home to Severn to enjoy my bowl and my day off and open it up and BOOM, PUMPKIN SEEDS!!! I call the store and express my issue and it’s her that answers because I know that voice. I spoke sternly but respectfully and requested a refund because I was not about to drive all the way back to the city. She rambles with an attitude and says “you gots to wait! We got a lot of customers” then puts me on hold for 14 minutes. So I called back and this time I’m a little more stern and said “just give me the mangers info, because I’m not waiting on the phone for another 14 minutes”. At that moment she puts me on hold and then Jennifer comes on the line pleasant and apologetic not realizing that she took the phone off of hold before I could hear this young lady in the background say that she didn’t care about what just happened. Jennifer couldn’t figure out how to refund me so she took my number and I’m waiting for the manager to call me now. I’m sure there’s been complaints about this girl before. She is very unprofessional and trashy! Her appearance is even disheveled. Even though I was irritated about the pumpkin seed (as I have every right) she just made the whole experience unpleasant. I will not be back. Update:: This issue has since been resolved (just 4 hours later) and I must say I’m very much impressed by the responsiveness, gratitude and respect. I know I said “I won’t be back” but I’ve reconsidered and will be back next week as per usual. Have a great weekend.
One of my favorite spots in town right now! I am big on juice and fruit diet, and that’s when my friend suggested this place in Fed Hill. Traditional bowl is my go-to.
The place just smells grand and refreshing. The employees are stand up onpoint and provide great customer service. I have been trying to get a acai bowl for 3 days but i take my break around the time the bar closes but i finally did make it in with my coworker Sarah and i ordered the traditional bowl and it was a grand slam totally delicious ?. After consuming it i felt like i was 19 again, lots of energy and it cleared up my hearing and breathing its like magic.
