Got the chicken taco special. Delicious & a good amount of food for your money

The char-grilled chicken was superb. The sides were excellent. The pricing are quite reasonable here. It's a fantastic restaurant.
Highly recommend that this establishment update their card payment processing. For a restaurant that is directly in urban Baltimore City they should not be able to take peoples last dime off their credit cards all for it to decline on the restaurants end. I was hungry and had just enough to get something from there and although it declined on the company's end, it went through on my card. Now I'm hungry and have to wait for the money to post back on to my card which can take up to 7 business days. Its 2022, if you don't have a reliable payment processing system then you don't need to be in business. Lowkey scamming people. But the food is good, I will give them that but I do not like how they do business here. This was the final straw, I will not be returning.

It’s a great place! The location is questionable depending on the time of the day but the food is always great! I usually get a 1/4 chicken meal here and it’s always filling, the prices are very fair here! I’ve been going here for a half year now and today I just had to leave a review. Thank you Primo Chicken!
The Food there is worth your money you receive your main meat choice and 2 side order to go with your meal it very good
Very rude, refused to talk to me about my order, or tell me if their was a delay, made it clear that i was not worth their time.I put in an order and it kept showing us "in the works" Even about 40 minutes after the time window. It was long past when it was originally supposed to arrive and it hadn't even left the restaurant, the app said it was bot finished.I called the store, i said my delivery order seemed to be frozen and i wanted to check on its status..Guy rudely told me "you need to come in to check", i said that its delivery, so i can't, he made it clear that he didn't want to deal with me and told me to just call grub hub.I called them abd they had no update, but offered to cancel my order for a refund which grubhub did, atlrast GrubHub has good customer service.
