The person who prepared my sandwich pulled the mask down, the other not even have mask. Use hand touch her face while prepared my sandwich.
I ordered lunch for my office for delivery. I tried for an hour to get in touch with Pot Belly immediately upon delivery. One lunch was missing from the order. It is not hard to count orders and the items going into the bag. I could not get in touch with Pot Belly, no matter what options I used from their automatic messaging system. I am now going to dispute the charge card. Very bad customer service. I have to scramble to find food for my staff member.
Placed an order on their website and requested delivery for 2pm. Scheduled delivery time I do not have my order so contact the shop. The manager tells me that my order was still in the shop and never went out for delivery and that I would cancel the order and I should see the refund in 12 hours. Several days later I check my account and see that the charge went through on my credit card. I contact the store again and speak with another manager who informs me she has to contact the district manager to get my refund processed. Rather than wait I just contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. Never again will I order from this establishment.
Second time here. The 1st time was great and I ordered the avo turkey sandwich. The 2nd time was not great. The avocado was very unripe and almost impossible to eat because it was so hard. Very disappointing this time around because the service is great.
Sandwiches are delicious. Love eating there. Some of the workers are pleasant some are lacking common respect. Sometimes the service is lacking. Workers don't have that welcoming face or voice. Always seem ran down and tired kinda it he like that some times. So I get it.. The beef sandwich with the horse radish wasn't too good. I thought horse radish tasted different. Every other sandwich is delicious. Actually don't care about service as long as my food is worth it and potbelly's is definitely worth it. Love the food the service gets a 5 out of town from me. Maybe they was having a hard day idk.
So so good. If you haven’t been do yourself the favor.
The sandwiches here are pretty tasty and the service is some of the best. I strongly recommend trying this place out when you have.
Food is delicious and the staff if nice.
Don't bother ordering online. They service customers in line before the online orders. I placed an order online that was suppose to be ready in 7 minutes. I've been here for 25 and still no order but about 25 people have come and gone through the regular line.I understand everyone is understaffed but this situation is ridiculous.
Definitely the best sandwich place I have ever been to. I was super excited when I found out they have some shop's in Washington state where I'm from.
