I’m frustrated. This is dumb, my job orders a bunch of subs and y’all can’t even put a main ingredient on the sandwich. Smh, I’m never eating here

I ordered using Active Menus and my order was ready when I got there. Straight, hassle free and no additional fees. Can't get simpler than that
I went to the Charles Street location 11/16 around 10:45am. The Italian sandwich was reasonable and consistent with other Potbelly locations. However, I didn't anticipate being in line 17 minutes with only 5 people in front of me. It was fustrating to wait for someone to come to the cash register. When the person finally appeared they were talking on the phone having a personal conversation, no hi, bye or #@^%. I remember when PotBelly used to pride themselves on cycling customers through the line. The Charles Street location is a sleeper.

I stopped in to pick up an online order to take back to work but they didn't have it because I mistakenly placed it for the wrong location about a mile away (completely my fault). I believe it was a manager that assisted me and he was so helpful! They advised I call the other location to cancel the order, were quick to make my sandwich and coordinated with the other location so I wasn't charged twice. I was super impressed by the service, how friendly everyone was, and of course how delicious my sandwich was!
Not a fan of the sandwich choices but they are good. The soups are better. Portions are great. Definitely not a go to spot for me but I wouldn’t complain being taken here
