Do you allow people to smoke pot just outside the exit door of your Potbelly store in Towson? A third person with a red shirt were with these two people in the attached photo coming in and out of the exit door a couple of times. The pot smell was so bad, we had to leave the outside table where we were eating.This occurred on Sunday, 6/5/22, between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
Delicious sandwiches, quick service and fun environment
Someone with a conscious mind made and sold me this sandwich with one piece ofmeat in it and no cheese. Other co-workers who have purchased meals at this location have had similar experiences. Other Potbelly locations have been awesome, but I will not be returning to this one. Please review and correct the quality of your product.
So glad I paid $10 for bread and lettuce - literally 1 slice of meat.
A comfy, intimate little shop, and I love the designs and pictures that give it a bit of unique Baltimore flavor. A nice place to escape the storm.
The sandwich I ordered (beef and provolone) was just okay. There wasn't a lot of meat (literally like one thin slice), which I feel like really makes a sandwich good, and something tasted bitter halfway through (not sure what it was, maybe an onion that wasn't fresh?). Not a ton of veggies in there either. For the price and variety of add-ins, I feel like at this point I would just prefer to go to a subway. However, service was good and fast.
I love Potbelly, they are better than subway. They give you way more meat for your money and there prices are worth it. Absolutely love them.
My sandwich was different but it was my first time.
Nice sandwich shop located in the heart of Charles Village
WiFi was good and store was empty so perfect for a Zoom call. Alas, food was ghastly and made me think I was having a heart attack. So stick to the easy sandwiches and avoid chicken salad.
